The doctor came in the room, introduced herself, and shook my hand, asked me why I was there. Of course, I wasn't really sure, and she began to explain everything for me from the very beginning right up until that very moment and other things that I could actually do to find out about my health. She was very engaging. She had great bedside manners. She listened. She took her time with me. It was one of those things where they're in and out and less than five and you don't have to come back no more. She just followed through and made me a follow-up appointment and said, hey, we're going to just follow you, make sure you're okay. I just was over the moon with her. She is a good doctor. I really, really like her. I don't say that lightly either.

Dr. Karen Huynh is amazing. she takes her time and explains everything. She is very caring.

Really enjoyed working with her. She was encouraging, empathetic and sought out enough answers to give me enough information to make informed decisions.

Dr. Huynh was very nice and caring. I just don't get the sense of expertise or have a lot of confidence in knowledge, understanding. He's very broad and very general. A lot of things are not focused towards me or my concerns or anything like that. Very generic advice, it seems, stuff that I could actually just find online. I'm not even sure why I go to these appointments.

Great people and friendly

Dr. Huynh was very professional and experienced. She spoke Cantonese, which helped tremendously because my mom's English is limited. She addressed all of our concerns.

The Dr. explained the process and answered all my questions, greatly appreciated the patience and understanding.

My experience overall was great.

She's very knowledgeable. I find that she looks over my chart and she looks over all my blood work prior to coming in so she knows what's happening and kind and she explains everything so that I can understand everything she's saying. Thank you.

Dr Huynh was extremely thorough. She explained two different scenarios/options for me to pursue and together we decided on a direction to take.

I appreciated the timeliness of the Staff. They were efficient but never abrupt. I also appreciated the parking voucher!

Dr. Huynh was very polite and explained my options, however this is all new to me and I'm still processing the options.

Dr. Huyhn said she would give me a referral for a uterine ultrasound STAT before I left the office. However, the person that does referrals was on her break. One of the assistants said she would call me when she got back. I trusted she would and left the office. She didn't call me yesterday so I phoned the office this morning. I was told she was with someone and would call me when she finished with them. That was over an hour ago and no one has called me back. Lesson learned - next time I will wait in the office till she returns from her break and get the referral before I leave the office to be certain I have it and can make the appointment ASAP.

Dr. Karen Huynh was really amazing. I've been going to oncology, I'm new to her, but I've been going to oncology for about 10 years and I was going to Hope and Innovation and all the blood tests that Dr. Huynh did, I never even got half of it from other oncologists. So I was very happy to go and meet her and she was really nice and she has a great personality. Thank you.

I'm sorry, I wasn't paying too much attention to the survey. It was about chemo. My chemo was perfect. The girls were very nice. They helped me to understand everything that they talked about, and I was very happy with them. They gave me something to eat, and they made me very comfortable as well. Thank you.

I was very happy. Even though I had cancer, I felt that everyone in that office played a role in making me feel better and making me feel supported. I would give them all a 10.

Dr. Huynh is awesome - she is very down to earth, easy to talk to and explains things complicated things in a way that is very easy to understand - she's very nice!

I didn't feel like I got any real trusting information. Everything's still very up in the air with my account, maybe because I was already informed when I went in. But I just felt like I didn't really learn anything very much new.

Dr Huynh was professional, yet very pleasant and cordial. I felt we had a very productive meeting, not with any results yet, hopefully once labwork is completed. But I left with a much better understanding of what the problem COULD be, and what possible resolutions were available. I am confident Dr Huynh will do everything possible to to resolve my issue. I was so impressed with her knowledge, and she certainly did her best to make me feel at ease during our consultation by thoroughly explaining the different possible causes of my condition, and the fact that, whatever the cause, there is a fix for it. I was, admittedly, very apprehensive, going into this appt., but left feeling so much more at ease and knowledgeable, thanks to Dr. Huynh!! Looking forward to working with her through this little speed-bump in my life!

I was treated with complete kindness by Dr. Huynh and I am so happy she treated me! She made me feel like I was important - she was very caring.

The big negative is the parking. Fairly easy to get in, but miserable trying to exit. You have sick people, old people and people who just don't get it, all trying to get through a few exit points. When we finally got to the machine, the validation wouldn't work, so had to call for help, holding up the line for those who were waiting behind us.

The physician and the supervisor of the clinic was very helpful, friendly. We did have issues with the receptionist. The receptionist is sad to say that when you first walk in, there's no smiles, there's no greeting. You know, the patients come in having cancer and it's a tough time for them and they're not greeted with a smile or being friendly or getting help. I've seen elderly people not checking in and they're just getting handed a tablet and not knowing how to work it. They just need friendlier staff in the front desk, especially the receptionist. When you first walk in, that's the first people that you see and that's not a way to be greeted.
