Dr. Wang's office staff is very courteous and listen when you answer their questions. And Dr. Wang is the best. I would highly recommend her. Personally I believe they are seeing too many patients and too much is expected of the doctors from administration.

My prior experiences with Dr. Wang have all been positive. This time, was different. She told me I should not be taking over the counter Estroven because it has plant based estrogen that can still cause cancer. I appreciated her telling me but she didn't offer any alternatives. I have hot flashes off and on that interfere with my sleep. I am not well-rested as a result. With her expertise, I would think she would be able to offer some alternatives. I feel defeated.

It was the worst experience on this day ever!!! My appt time was for 9:20am, I arrived at 8:45am & was not seen by Dr Wang until 10:30am!!! My wait time was 1 hour & 45 minutes which was ridiculous. I asked at front desk why I had but been called yet after about 45 minutes of waiting & they said the dr was running behind schedule. I was very very upset at the utterly ridiculous time I was waiting & had to wait. When I was finally called in at 10:00am I still had to wait in the room another 25 minutes. Due to this horrible experience, my preference is that I will stick to video call appointments for future, unless the dr wants to see me in person

I love my Oncologist. She not only listens to what I have to say but she also discusses with you what plan of action needs to be taken.

It is very difficult to get an appointment with Dr. Wang. I schedule way in advance and no way unless a serious emergency would I cancel. She is a great doctor and as a result very busy. I like her no nonsense approach.

Dr Wang handles her job with wisdom. She evaluates the scope of the patient's needs and opinions. As she examines you ( hands on), she verbalizes what she's doing and what she is seeing. Oncology is such a difficult field and she does this with grace.

Lisa Wang is a very professional, thorough, and creative doctor. Period. Her concerns were all about me and really nothing about her. Her suggestions were great. Every time she suggested something, she had a solution to her suggestion and was very creative in helping me understand the language and what exactly it meant.

A little confused, the doctor confirmed to me that the next mammogram is in November 2024 and that I will see her in a year. But your office called me saying that I need to schedule a mammograms. Well I have to call to find out what the change is and what is happening.

Dr. Lisa Wang is always very professional and informative. Not only is she brilliant, but equally compassionate. I trust her with my cancer care and my life. I could have gone to any facility for my cancer care but chose PIH so that Dr. Wang could be my oncologist.

I waited about 25 minutes in the waiting room to be called into the room and then I was a little about five minutes over and one hour sitting in there waiting to see the doctor. I think everything is overbooked and I just don't like to go. I just dread going anymore because I sit so long.

My physician is absolutely wonderful. She's very thorough. She listens, and she's been just wonderful to me and thank you.

I've been overweight for a while. Other doctors have always said that I need to loose weight, but they never gave me guidance or send me to someone that can help me. That was until Dr. Wang. She started seeing me because the hematologist that was seeing me for factor V Leiden, left PIH. After inquiring with my, who works for a neurologist office, told me that she hears really good things about Dr. Wang. She was concerned like the others, but she gave me guidance, encouragement, and options. I am now on a program and loosing weight. Therefore, I'm grateful for all her efforts, and for Lord, placing her in my path.

Great doctor

I had to opt out of taking the Ibrance medication. It was devastating my body and depriving me of quality of life. I felt I had to make this decision contradicting medical plans. Actually the goal of extending a patient's life is quite minimal with this medicine and should be evaluated for consent and consult in a joint fashion.

I don't mind going to oncology appointments because I look forward to seeing Dr. Wang

I was a little apprehensive in meeting up with Dr. Lisa Wang. She quickly put me at ease. The office staff was warm and welcoming. Dr. Wang carefully listened to my history and made notes. Then we discussed my plan. It was a relief to know that there were no immediate red flags and that more testing needed to be done to monitor my anemia. I left feeling assured that I was in good hands.

The office is amazing. They are very respectful and professional to the patients. Dr Wang has all the qualities you would hope for as your dr. She is a Rockstar for my husband and I, in caring for our medical needs with cancer.

My only complaint is that I have to fill out forms every time I have an appointment when everything is exactly the same.

Dr. Wang is very caring and compassionate. Even though her specialty is oncology/hematology she always addresses other issues I have from different specialties. I can tell she has thoroughly looked through my chart because she knows what tests I've recently had done and gives me her recommendations on next steps to take. If she sees anything on my bloodwork, even something slight, she orders more testing just to be on the safe side. If I don't want to do the tests, she won't pressure me but she will let me know it needs to be done. She is very sympathetic and genuinely curious when it comes to medical issues. She is what all doctors should be.

One elevator was out of order. Caused inconvenience for patients especially with wheelchairs. My appt was at 940 am, and I was out around 11. At that time still no technician working on elevator. Sign still showed Out Of Order. Also people walking back and forth trying to find stair access. Unacceptable! People need to get out fast in case of emergency. What do wheelchair bound do!

So, as I understand it, my doctor is a doctor and you just called her Lisa Wang. She worked hard to get her title. I think she deserves it. All right. That's it. Thanks. Bye-bye.
