The reception staff at the entrance to DR's office are a bit problematic. There are cases where the patient does not listen carefully to the purpose of the visit and instead chats among the staff or spends a long time on the phone. I think the reception staff's manners are not good.

Dr. Kwong made me feel at ease, explained things thoroughly in an easy to understand fashion, and answered all of my questions.

Everything was very good.

Dr Kwong and all the cardiology staff are unbeatable! This was my first time seeing Dr Kwong and I was impressed with him. He asked the right questions, he listened to all the information regarding my condition and he was helpful providing ideas on what to do to minimize my symptoms and have a better and healthier life.

Both the people who work there and the doctor are very efficient, and I feel very confident that things are going well.

The thing that was not good was that I'm his wife and I did not have a place to sleep. And it was a, basically he didn't get out of the procedure until after 10 o'clock at night. So, I was not driving anywhere. So, that's one thing. And the second thing is we weren't kept informed very well. When he was in there having the procedure, they didn't keep me informed. And that's it. Everything else was great. Thank you.

I had to wait quite awhile for my consultation, but apparently this doctor gives each patient the time needed, so he is going to be falling behind in scheduling unless the office changes the way appointments are scheduled, ie make a few less appointments so waiting is less lengthy. I was told he is only in this office once a week. I don't know how the office can change how they arrange appointments if everything remains the same. But he is a very decent person, knowledgeable; he showed me a plastic model of a cutaway of a heart, which was very helpful to a lay person. I think he is very interested in his work, and he looked directly at me; he wasn't antsy ... he was there to help me.

No problems when you call about any questions or that. Everyone's there, helpful and very friendly. So it's just a great office, and I really am happy to have them as my doctors and their staff. Everything was fine. What I greatly lament is they didn't attend us at the indicated time. For example, we had our appointment scheduled for 1:45 and they attended us at like 3. But contrary to that, we really like the doctors care. We're satisfied with him and are very happy with him. But you need to greatly improve your times for appointments.

Physicians and staff are friendly and accommodating without sacrificing professionalism. Physician made me feel confident and complete satisfaction. I am very pleased to have Dr. Jerry Kwong as one of the physicians taking care of my health condition.

Yes, my experience with Dr. Kwong is that it takes too long in the waiting room. I have to wait like an hour, to this time. In prior times, I waited up to two hours. I think that's a little bit too much. So... think it's a lack of respect... of my time. I made plans to be someplace else at certain time, but takes too long and, also, parking is... another problem there. So, these two items are... takes a lot of time, to go see the doctor.
