I just want to say that this doctor was very good and listening to me and I had an idea of something that I wanted to do but after she explained to me why it was not a good option for myself with having cerebral palsy, she actually understood and knew what cerebral palsy was and the effects of it on the digestive system. I can honestly say that I did appreciate her knowledge as a lot of doctors don't quite understand cerebral palsy. So number 10 for her on that. Thank you very much.

Dr. Goyal was patient and very informative.

I requested an appointment in June and was not able to see Dr. Goyal until August 5. She will make arrangements for me to have a colonoscopy and an endoscopy. I would have liked more discussion from her about what an endoscopy will entail and show and about my gastroesophageal reflux disease, which was diagnosed in PIH's ER in December.

It's wonderful to be able to go to a doctor that is always listening, caring striving to do the best you can for her patient. She is excellent and you need more like her. We need more doctors like her and all the fields

Being that I saw a GI, and she recommended me for a test, that I have to pick up, a little confused as why they do not have the test kits there and that I have to go to another facility to pick it up.

Dr G was very good at explaining what is happening with my digestive system and what could be causing my problem.. I'm happy with her

Unable to get next appointment in 3 months due to physician upcoming maternity leave

Called in for cancelations and was able to be seen within a 2 hr window of me calling. The office staff was wonderful and the provider did put me at ease.

I got my appointment times mixed up and ended up being so late the doctor couldn't see me but they let me know that there had been a cancellation that was only 90 minutes later (thankfully) so I was able to still get in the same day!

Yes, I would recommend Dr. Goyal to my friends and family. She's very professional and explains everything courteously. I would not change her for anything. Her staff is amazing. I just want to thank you for her and her staff. Have a good day. And I did press the wrong button. I think I pressed the one by accident. But yes, she should have a four all the way across the board. She's excellent. Thank you.

She's very thorough. She makes me feel like she really cares about my health and I really enjoy going to see her. I just wish it was under different circumstances.

It was a pleasure to meet Dr Goyal. I instantly felt comfortable talking about my need for colonoscopy. I have been nervous and unsure about the procedure. She took her time and walked me through the steps. She then walked me to front desk area to make the appt. It's there that I encountered a very snarky and somewhat rude appointment clerk. She seemed exasperated with me the minute I walked up. As we discussed possible dates and times for my procedure that were convenient for me she gave me the look like I was bothering her. She rolled her eyes a few times when I asked her questions. Using a yellow highlighter on a pamphlet to explain the steps leading up to the procedure, her markings were nothing but messy scribbles in my opinion. She spoke so fast I couldn't keep up with her. I'm new to this office so I know her attitude had nothing to do with me, but it made me feel terribly uncomfortable and I left the office shaking my head. What started off as a great experience with the Dr Goyal did not end well. I hope this person does not present herself like this to patients that could be much older than myself and might possibly feel as bewildered if not confused by her as I was. Thank you

It's my first time having a colonoscopy. PIH staff, nurses & tech. from my check-in up to the last person who help me to the pick-up point is very professional, considerate & caring. Dr. Preeya Goyal, since she knows it's my first colonoscopy. She took time explaining what will happen during the procedure & also after I woke up, she explained thoroughly what she finds out. My anesthesiologist (forgot his name @ rm.#4 9:20 am) is very thorough & caring. Thank you PIH Staff & Doctors.

I have to have a specific test done and I was told that there's a waiting list and it might take a while to take the test. I find that unacceptable. Thank you.

From the time we arrived, the ladies were very friendly there at reception and made me feel very welcome. The first doctor who saw me was very professional and very kind and the doctor was excellent . They treated me (unreadable) have had appointments with specialists doctor sand they don't compare tot he doctor who assisted me this time around and I recommend her with my eyes closed and they explained things well and the doctors explained everything very well/ I am very grateful and the the doctor was excellent.

It was excellent and I'm just waiting for the authorization to see the surgeon soon.

The most, the most pleasant experience that I encounter which is working with the nurse, (name removed), and she's very friendly. She's making the process very comfortable on a nervous time of the process, but she make it... I feel at ease so, thank you, (name removed) for your service.

My provider was wonderful. I enjoyed her. She was brutal. She gave me plenty of time for my office visit and I would enjoy seeing her again.

Yes, my experience with the colonoscopy and the other procedures were fine. I did... I did blame myself for being there late, but it was not my fault. I was, anyway, it doesn't matter. I got there late. They rushed me to prepare me and I understand, that the anesthesiologist was also, a little rushed and I could tell that he was upset and I understand that too, but I still think, that it could have been a little less pressing and that is the only thing, that I am a little bit not happy with. Sometimes things happen and you cannot be there on time. I was there late, but the procedure was even done before the 2:00 time. So anyway, I don't know if everybody was rushing to go home
