The doctor was very thorough. She listened to what I had to say, and asked me to record our conversations, which was fine. I did have an issue with the prescription that was provided to me. I'm not feeling well, and I'm waiting for her to call back tonight, or tomorrow. I think my dosage needs to be lowered, but everything before that was fine. I'm just waiting for a call back now.

I had a few questions not related specific to the visit, they were answered and very helpful in helping me make some decisions concerning my health insurance.

If Dr Sriram was not my doctor I would probably not be with PIH. You and I are very lucky to have her.

This was the first time I saw Dr. V. Sriram as my primary doctor since our previous doctor retired 2 years ago. She was very thorough and she was familiar with my health condition through the computer screen. I was trying to get my wife to sign up with Dr. Sriram as her primary doctor but unfortunately Dr. Sriram's schedule is so busy.......

I don't like the fact that appointments are being recorded now. I think a doctor and patient conversation is a private thing, and I don't believe that it should be recorded. And so to me it makes the patient feel uncomfortable and probably even the doctor feel uncomfortable. I don't think it's a good thing.

Dr. Sriram's patient care is very good. She's interested in my health as much or more as I am and makes me want to take better care of myself. Thank you.

She's been my Dr for 8 of the last 9 yrs due to me changing insurance that yr. As soon as I changed insurances again, I went back to Dr Sriram. She always listens carefully to what I have to say & acts accordingly. I feel very fortunate she's taking care of my health.

I would recommend this office and specially Dr. Vinodhini Sriram. No long wait time upon arrival and checking in. She pays attention and listens to all your concerns and addresses them all, explains very well give suggestions and offer solutions. I would definitely switch location to this office.

I felt like I was really rushed. I had a question about a test I was asked to take and it wasn't mentioned in this appointment. I also needed some medication for a bothersome painful and itchy rash on my body and was told it was nothing. It is still active so I will keep using home remedies. These aren't life or death issues but important to me. I should have spoken up louder. I do like and trust the Dr. and will be more vocal next time.

Experience was good, however notifications I recevied had a different time for appointment than what I scheduled in the portal.

I made my appointment last year in 2023 for my annual physical for 2024. I got off early from work to make my appointment time, I get there just to find out that the person who scheduled my appointment did it with the wrong Dr. and I had to reschedule my appointment and the next available date was two months later. They should have called to let me know before I wasted my time, gas and PTO time. If I had not shown up, I would have gotten a charge and they casually dismissed it. I didn't appreciate their thoughtless attitude!

I felt rushed once I informed her that I did not want to be recorded. I had requested that in my registering for the appt, yet she came in with her phone ready to record. I mentioned that in addition to my reason for the appointment some other issues and my concerns treating the reason I went in and she did. It do any further exam. I went home and had to talk to a pharmacist to understand what I could do. However, a pharmacist will not check my throat or glands. I felt extremely rushed. I feel like if I said to record she would have taken more time. If that is what pih is telling their caregivers to do when people don't want recordings I will find another plan on my insurance.

The doctor before used to be more careful with your pain. She paid more attention to the patient when you complain about problems in your body. But now it's kind of just, you know, I don't think that she really cares like before. So I'm not too happy about it. There is a good doctor, no doubt about it, but before she was more, more take care more of the patient. Thank you.

For my next appointment is for July. That's for wellness. I think that's a little extreme. And I forgot to mention something to the doctor, so I was booked for another six weeks, first appointment in March. So, I waited for my appointment in February 1st. From December. So, it takes a while to get an appointment there.

Rushed visit but satisfied.

In general, Dr. Sriram's office is great in general. I cannot make an appointment for six months when I leave that office. Other offices that I go to related to PIH, I can. But their calendars apparently aren't set up. And I can't get it one day before I had the blood work done last time, which I have done at Quest. So I have to jiggle that. Make my Quest appointment, then call Dr. Sriram's office. So it's never exactly, and it keeps moving around a bit. It's not a big deal, but you cannot make an appointment. And it's the only office in the PIH that I can't do that for six months later. Or maybe six months and a week later. Also the front desk seems to never, even though I register, they never confine
