First time seeing the Dr. So making a judgement on him or his office isn't fair .. in my opinion ..

As a former (word removed) Mayor they give utmost care and take the time that is needed. (PHI removed), (word removed) Mayor (removed).

Hi, it seems like waiting more than 30 minutes in the room that they call in for the doctor. And it's been more than 30 minutes, so I think it's kind of long to wait for the doctor when you get in the room already. I mean the patient room, okay? And definitely good staff and everything seems to be good, okay? Thank you. Bye-bye.

This was my first appointment with Dr. Abdullah and I was so pleased. He was so thorough. He spent plenty of time with me and I felt heard, understood and respected. I feel very secure in his care. He was worth waiting 45 minutes for, as I assumed he gave the patient before me the same personal, unrushed attention that he gave me.

Fantastic group, fantastic doctor. Saved my life. I cannot say enough about the staff or the doctor. Great people. Thank you.

Hello, this is (PHI removed) and I say that Dr. Abdullah is very knowledgeable, very friendly, has an excellent bedside manner and I came to trust him.

Staff's professionalism and excellent customer service

The only reason I gave that three was because I felt like, it's a heart condition. It should be a quicker time to see a person, not two weeks, maybe one week at max. But everything else is great. Thank you. Bye.

The use of that tablet for me, after many prior visits to the same provider, was a real bother. You don't need it - stop using it.

Incredible customer service by (name removed) and the rest of the office staff. Great follow up too. I have never gotten this type of incredible service from and medical professionals. Doctor had the greatest, peaceful vibe and was incredibly respectful and caring. I wish all of my providers gave this type of service (most are good but with the combination of the Doctor and the front and back office, this is by far the best)!

Yeah, Dr. Abdullah is really great. He listens to what you have to say, lets you know what's going on and give you any information that you're missing. The desk is great. Jahangir and the other female, I forgot her name. But the staff are great. Doctors are great. Even the vendors that come in for Medtron, I have no problem with them. I have Medtron. I have no problem with them. They're great. I have Medtron.

Hi, it's obvious (two names removed) and support staff like working at the facility. They're happy and give good service and definitely I feel confident going to them.

Wonderful caring knowable cardiologist. Has been my Doctor for more than 10 years. Very detailed and fully explains details & procedures required. Staff are pleasant, polite , & responsive.. They assist in scheduling appointments, procedures & interface with your health insurer on any issues to resolve on your behalf.

Dr.Abdullah shows understanding and compassion. He takes the worry and makes it all seem so normal. I know he always has my best interest. The office staff also has a great caring for my needs and situation. Hard to find all these gifts in a medical office. I was dealt with great dignity, great respect. I have the greatest respect for the doctors there and their staff. They treated me really well. (Name removed) treated me incredibly well. As important as this doctor visit was or were to me, I couldn't have been happier with the results and with the staff.

Oh, sorry, I made a mistake.

I am very happy that I went to all the trouble of changing my plan to PPO in order to choose an outside of network cardiologist. Dr. Abdullah is very personal able and easy to converse with. He spent more time with me in the one visit than my prior cardiologist did in total. Dr. Abdullah described as course of treatment with an intended objective in clearly understandable language. Dr Abdullah clearly is "old school" in a patient centric sense. I very happy with my choice of cardiologist and his acceptance of me as a patient.

Explanation of issue and treatment was exceptional

Local office staff is great...couldn't think of a way to improve. Centralized staff seems a bit disconnected and short.

Dr. Abdullah and the staff at the NIH Health Cardiology Department are very friendly, welcoming, professional. I definitely appreciate their support and would definitely recommend anyone that I know to go there as they are always willing to help and answer any questions you have and they do their best to make you feel comfortable and fully aware of whatever is happening with you.

It's worth the drive from Pasadena to get excellent care!
