Best doctor visit I've had in a long time!! Took the time to listen to me and figure out a plan to feel better!

I must say I was truly impressed with the way your office responded quickly to my need for an appointment, and referred me to a Doctor who will help me with my problem. The office was very efficient. She so easy to talk to. She explains things so I understand them.

By the time I met the NPO, my leg cramps stopped for two days, however, I kept my appointment because it was to late to cancel. I thought my blood pressure was too high, however, she retook my blood pressure and it was OK.

Just losing my husband in June of this year, it was difficult for me to be in a medical office. I fell apart emotionally. Crystal Teng was helpful , patient, kind and compassionate. She spoke with empathy to my grieving. She went beyond that day , making sure I understood if I needed more help they were there whenever that time should come. I am very thankful for the extra care and kindness she gave to me.

He was very good. We get in on time. He give the appointment the same day, like a couple of hours before. He listen very good and he explain everything good. He's one of the best people that I ever get. He's super. I am very thankful for all the attention they give. Not only her, everybody, the nurse and everyone over there were great.

After going to PIH doctors three times for this, she was able to help me! I don't know if I'll ever go back to an urgent care doctor again.

This provider took the time to really listen and address all of my concerns. She was very thorough and patient and very good at explaining everything that I needed to do to address my issues. And we appreciated that on her bedtime manner. She was very comfortable in her care.

I scheduled my appointment by calling the center and was told only availability was Tuesday 7/23 @8am. When I showed me on time I was told I was not scheduled. They had insist that I leave and call to schedule again. But it was not after I spoke with the office manager explained that I am in severe pain that I was allowed to see the PA at 8:45am. The call center staff must have not entered my name after telling me the only availability was a 8am appointment. I wanted to see my PCP but it was impossible to schedule one.

I am thankful that they were able to take me in in a timely manner and I was able to make... schedule an appointment in a timely manner. Crystal is an amazing doctor. I love her. I would recommend. Thank you. Bye.

Dr. Teng is such a caring and compassionate doctor. She's amazing and very knowledgeable with so much of my illnesses. She listens and understands patients. I called the office to make an appointment with Dr. (name removed) and I was not able to talk to anyone. Every time I called the office I was disconnected or hung up on. My husband went online to make an appointment for me. Dr. (name removed) did not have any appointments available for quite a while so I made one with Crystal Tang for the next Day. I was quite upset that I wasn't able to reach the office by phone. I Even called the nurse advise line and was put on hold for over a half hour. Not to mention the person who answered for the nurse advise line and transferred me to wait for someone sounded like their words were slurring and was hard to understand.

She was courteous and professional.

I was able to get into the office same-day I called. I felt it was urgent and the staff understood. I requested to a call if they could take me sooner than my scheduled appointment. They called me 20 minutes later, saying they had a cancellation. I really appreciated that they listened to my concerns.
