Staff very friendly, however provider is terrible. If your not his patient he will not provide care he will refer you back to your primary. Every word he said was "see your primary". Total waste of our time.

Starting off with the front desk, staff was great. They were friendly and respectful. The provider was great. He answer all my questions and clarify everything. Overall, everyone is very professional.

I felt the staff didn't thoroughly hear the history of my child's illness. MD did not ask any follow-up questions or asked to clarify anything. I specifically told them OTC medications did not help and yet on the discharge summary it states to continue the same OTC medications; that was irritating. I brought up possible diagnoses to explain what's been going on with my child but MD didn't discuss further. I would of been fine with him telling me no, my child doesn't have XYZ and explained why. I did get a referral to see a specialist, which I'm appreciative. Overall, I just felt that staff only heard 60% of what I said.

The wait time was reasonable.

Dr. Ong was really great. We really enjoyed his bedside manner and he was very thorough and he was very kind and professional with my daughters and I would definitely go back to him.

My kids enjoy going to this doctor office because of staff and doctors, they make my children feel comfortable and make the doctor a less daunting experience

Dr. Ernesto Ong has always been open to any questions I may have and makes me feel comfortable as well as my child.

The staff was amazing. The nurses were fantastic. The doctor listened to everything what I had to say about my child. I really felt like everybody in that office knew us and knew my child like he was, from when he was a baby to six years old. So thank you, thank you everybody for listening.

Dr. Ong and his staff are completely amazing. They are always sweet and have loving smiles, even when they are busy, or when i havent completed my online registration. Anytime I have needed a document, they make it a priority for me to have as soon as i need it, even last minute. They always listen my worries as they update charts in preparation for Dr. Ong. They are one of the best office personnel I have ever had the opportunity to visit in my 46yrs of being a patient, or being in front of a Dr. Dr. Ong listens and explains at every moment needed. As my children grow and mature, he begins to converse with them at an appropriate level so that they can begin to answer and communicate for themselves. In the 12yrs my children have been patients, I have always walked away with my questions answered to a complete understanding, and feeling very reassured my kids are fine, or on their way to getting better. Every moment I speak mother's of young children, I share my heartfelt appreciation for Dr. Ong, and that he is a Dr. they and their children need in a time when of worry and illness.

Ernesto Ong is the best pediatrician. I have been going to him for the last 15 years with all three of my kids and I cannot say anything better about him and his staff. They are great. Thank you.

He was very dismissive with my son and was also misdiagnosed.

The receptionist and the nurses were so friendly with my kids, especially since I have a 4-year old that loves to talk and ask questions. They seemed truly interested in what he had to say. Dr. Ong was good with them too. He spoke freely with them. There was such a level of comfort with him and the kids. I enjoyed coming into this PIH location.

The doctor I would never go back to. Didn't check my son's eyes which was the main reason for the visit. Also I was very disappointed with the pharmacy downstairs. They were not helpful, didn't seem to want to help and seemed dirty and outdated.

Dr. Ong is as well so patient and understanding. Great job with follow-ups. Been seeing Dr. Ong for 17 years now.

Absolutely great staff!

So I have been a long-time client or patient, my children have, of Dr. Ong's and it never fails, the lady in the front desk is always so rude and short with me. She never remembers me and my kids have been going there for over 12 years. And she is sometimes condescending and just, it doesn't match the vibe in the back. She's just very unpleasant and I just, I can't understand how she still works for Dr. Ong because he is such a caring and nice doctor and so are all his nurses in the back. She remembers my children, but the lady in the front, she's just a different type of person.

Dr. Ong takes the time to explain and listen to any concerns of my child. Along with the Dr. his front office team and nurses are very courteous and friendly. As a parent I am very concerned with this provider.

I would like to have an explanation of charges that are pending on visits, as I normally do not know until I am required to check in and I'm shown a balance without any explanation as to why I am being charged.

Dr. Ong and staff is the best pediatrician in this planet! My kids have been going to him for over 18 years. We love everyone in this office!

We call for an appointment and let twice messages and leave callback number but no one call back . Two days later we called again then the appointment was full so we need to wait till next week. The receptionist was not very nice.

Staff is always so friendly and welcoming, Dr. Ong had been my daughters pediatrician since birth she is always comfortable with him. He is attentive and really kind.

Wonderful staff and doctor. I must say this was the best experience I have with a doctor and staff ever. Really great. The only thing I have to complain about is that I can't call or contact the office directly. That should really change.
