I had a good experience except I asked for pricing, kind of one of the main reasons for the consultation and I never received it. So it was kind of a waste of $75 because I didn't get anything out of it except for confirmation that I need some plastic surgery. Thanks. Bye.

Great staff, they were very friendly, especially (name removed) at the front desk who assisted me with purchasing some medical supplies. The PA's (two names removed) always greet me with a smile and are very knowledgeable. It is nice to have someone available to answer questions, especially the first few days post op even if the doctor is busy. Dr. Rovelo is a kind and caring surgeon and you can tell she is quite meticulous in her work, which I truly appreciate. The back office staff is also friendly and took care of EDD and other paperwork efficiently. I have already referred Dr. Rovelo and her amazing team to my neighbor. Thank you for asking.
