All the staff were very pleasant & made me feel instantly better Dr. Galbreath is knowledgable & willing to pass this along to his patients And tho I was at the end of a cold he explained my options & let me know PIH Physicians would always be there for me in time of need I love the close by - no parking fee of this office I wish my other visits to the Wells bldg were as pleasant

This is only my second visit. I am adjusting to the new ways of medical treatment. I am not accustom to registering myself online. Since my physician retired from her GP practice, I am navigating being a newbie. The doctor has not had a chance to get to know me yet. I rarely go to the doctor except when sick. It's my understanding now that I need to go to urgent care when sick and see the PCP for annual physicals. This is a new to me.

There was a long wait for the Dr to come see me. I understand but it would hqve been better if someone at the front desk had informed me there would a wait. Since they didn't the nurse took me in rather quickly bur I had to wait a while in the room. Sometimes, it may be best go have me wait in the lobby area instead if taking me for vitals quickly and making me wait 15-20 mins sitting in an uncomfortable chair. Just my opinion.

I felt my medical needs and questions about my condition plus moving forward with a healing plan were met.

All visits should go this well.. All doctors in this office do their very best to listen and help..

I've seen dr. Galbreath for several years now. This last year I've tried to get in to see him for health issues and each time was unable. I get he's busy but maybe he has too many patients? Not sure but 3 weeks out to see him for health issues concerns me.

I did not receive a call back for my x-rays.

My doctor, Galbreath, is very, very, very good. The bad thing about PIH is the phone system and getting an appointment. I never could get an appointment when I'm sick. I have to go to urgent care and it takes three to four months to get an appointment to see him. That's the only thing. Sometimes I want to get another doctor, but I don't even know if it will be the same. I don't want to leave my doctor because he's a very good doctor. Thank you so much.

Dr Galbreath was very thorough and I feel that I have met one of the best PCPs I've ever had in my lifetime thus far.

Dr. Galbreath listens and spends time explaining any issue or concern. Have been seeing him for years. I drive out of my way, past closer doctor offices, to see him. Very thorough. And staff is great too! Quick to respond to emails.

Yes, I like the doctor, but my appointment, it took forever to get the appointment. It should be able to have a more available appointment sooner, not to wait for two or three weeks to see the doctor. I even request if I will go in at the walk-in. They told me that they might not be able to see the doctor because he might be running late and if I walk in and I don't get to see him that day, that my appointment that was scheduled for the 11th of this month, it would be canceled. So I would have lost that appointment on the 11th even though if I had walked in. I don't think it should be right that they will go ahead and cancel my appointment for the 11th if I walked in and I didn't get to see the doctor. That's one thing.

PIH has been very sloppy and disorganized. The wrong meds were sent to my pharmacy, when so switched insurance, my insurance called PIH Health directly and the person at PIH dropped the ball and never recorded the conversation and never made any of the updates. It took a few more phone calls and hours of waiting in the phone to finally get it straightened out. It had gotten too corporate at PIH. I feel more like a file that the dr has to look up, but they obviously don't read up enough because I am constantly reminding the doctor of who I am and why I'm there.

I always receive excellent care. Every visit has exceeded my expectations. Test results are reviewed and Dr. Galbreath explains them in a way that I could understand. Dr. Galbreath and his staff take the time to provide top quality, efficient care for his patients at every visit. I wouldn't go to another GP.

I've had 2 appointments with this provider. The first I did not get to address all my concerns. The second was 2 months after my lab work as first available where I tried again to address all further concerns by booking a 40 minute appointment after getting Doctors approval to do so. I had to speak quickly jotting notes rapidly and Doctor still was exiting before i was finished and I had to ask him to sit back down and finish with me and remind I had booked an extended appointment. Obviously I do not understand the need for a primary care physician if they are unavailable to get to know a new patients history and needs to better facilitate their care. I don't think we are a good match as patient and Doctor. PIH physicians group feels impersonal. Doctor would only know who i am today because I stopped him from leaving during my appointment because I wasn't done, not because of my concerns.

Dr. Galbreath and all of the doctors and staff do the best they can working in a busy overloaded medical group. I miss the good old days when you could actually call the office and make an appointment. You didn't have to go to a call center where it's usually very hard to schedule an appointment and they just want you to go to urgent care or the ER. But I guess that's everywhere now.

Yes, I've been seeing Dr. Galbreath for a few years now and I really like the way he explains things to me. And he does spend enough time to discuss what I have to say and go over lab work and other things. My only thing is the time that it takes to get an appointment. And not just with him, but in general. So I would really like to see appointments being available quicker. Sometimes it's not a visit to urgent care or emergency, but just a need to see the doctor. So taking two, three months to get an appointment, I think it's way too long.

I was almost not seen for this annual wellness visit because of a mix up and lack of communication regarding my lab orders that are req'd to be completed beforehand. Most patients wouldn't have the paperwork ready nor be getting their labs done privately. Since I am, I had enough lab work to be seen. Please fix your scheduling. (Name removed) (MA) was very nice to explain to me why I needed to start owning my lab scheduling. This wasn't my experience of PIH before this visit and I'm sad that PIH is no longer taking care of patients in this way.

Well, I was with the nurse and the doctor came and get her out. I was waiting for 10 minutes. When they came back, the nurse says, I'm sorry, I'm sorry, for when the doctor come, he didn't care. He says that he had only one nurse and, well, tough.

Hi, I really like Dr. Gregory Galbreath. He seemed very knowledgeable and very helpful and very thorough. I do would like to point out that the office staff, the initial people you meet, maybe they could be a little more fun. They seem like they might hate their job. Just saying, you know, we can all (INAUDIBLE). The LVN that helped me seemed very sweet. She seemed to take a long time, but other than that, everything was amazing. Thank you.

Yes, Dr. Galbreath has been my primary care physician for over 10 years now. And then (name removed), I knew her, his RN, I knew her back with Dr. (name removed), in fact. But Dr. Galbreath is always on top of things. I really don't have to wait long for him. Now I was going out of... I had to reschedule my appointment a couple of times. Once, it was due to he wasn't going to be there and one time it was mine. So (name removed) in the office, she's a sweetheart, she called me and got me in because they had booked me out until June. And she got me in in a little space that was there and that worked out perfectly. Dr. Galbreath is amazing. Unfortunately, it's so hard to get in with so many new patients, so I think you need to hire on more doctors so that we don't have to wait a month to get an appointment. My regular doctor is impossible to get an appointment with other than an appointment that is scheduled 3-6 months in advance. Her office suggested I go to urgent care. I had an issue with my left ear and other than discomfort was feeling good. At urgent care, It was a two hour wait sitting with folks who were REALLY sick. I left and called my doctor's office/nurse line and was referred to Dr. Galbreath. He had a cancellation and was able to fit me in the next day. I appreciate they saw me even though I am not his regular patient. He referred me to an ENT and I am not all that certain I will be able to get an appointment in a reasonable time frame given my past experience with PIH.

Dr. Galbreath is great, spends enough time with you, listens to your questions, answers questions, although his front office staff is not very friendly at all.

Dr Galbreath and his staff were efficient and courteous and I had a good conversation about my health. I'm very satisfied.

My only com[laint with this office is the phone system and not being able to talk to your physician's nurse or at least the actual office instead of a phone bank.

Dr Galbreath is an outstanding doctor and has great communication skills. He was able to break down what he thought the issue was with me and the best course of action. He got me a referral for an orthopedic doctor promptly. I would (and have) recommend him to many of my friends and trust him with my family.!

He listened carefully to my questions and understood my concerns about a couple of my health issues and provided feedback. The office staff is always courteous and caring.

I think Dr. Galbreath should have ordered blood tests, seen the results, then prescribe medication if necessary. He wants me to take Gabapetin, even though he doesn't know what my blood work is showing.

He sat down ,listen to everything ,and explained it in a ,in a good way where I understood ,he let me know my diagnosis ,and let me know what was wrong.
