Doctor was very detailed with his time talking to my son and took his time explaining my options.

The doctor and nurses were great, really friendly and made me and my son feel comfortable and at ease. Very attentive, with it being our first visit I was not sure how it would go but definitely feel like we chose the right doctor/health care facility.

It's always a good experience with Dr. Venugopal. My daughter and I, we're so grateful, and happy to have him as a pediatrician. And the staff, they're very friendly. And Dr. Venugopal always, always puts patients first, always.

I had a great experience with our recent visit to the doctor with Dr. Venugopal. The appointment started on time, which I truly appreciated. The doctor took the time to listen attentively to all of our concerns about our newborn son, making us feel valued and not rushed. It's nice to have a doctor who seems to have all the time in the world for their patients. Additionally, the staff were courteous and helpful, contributing to a positive overall experience.

Nurses are very professional and knowledgeable, show respect and care about patient. Front office staff not very welcomed or nice.

I love this doctor and the pediatric's nurses but the front/reception need training on how to be courteous and polite. They're rude.

Dr. V always is very good at explaining and taking a look at my kids' health. I've been going to them for many years now. And the nurse (name removed) she is wonderful. I love when she tends to my children.

Dr B was the most patient kind person I've ever met . This is the first time I've felt heard by a doctor. Everyone else made me feel like I was crazy . Dr B saw me crying and comforted me in the midst of my tears . He told me that I was heard , I'm not crazy and I know my child . I will always take my children to him as long as he's in practice . (name removed), the MA was so amazing . She could see that I was tired and worried about my children and she assisted me every step of the way . Thank you both so much for taking care of not only my children but me as well .

The ease of getting appointment is a little challenging. So I would like to make that better. And if the appointment time is, for example, 3-20, you know, by the time you see the doctor and get out, it takes an hour plus. So you have to improve on that. Thank you.

Respectful caring office and Provider.

It's really nice that we were able to get an appointment on the same day, but also, it's pretty disheartening because we never really get to see Lateef. She's always really busy or always booked, and that's also the truth for any of our providers. We hardly get to see our own doctors. So, that's what I really dislike about this clinic, your clinics. Also, I would like for you to implement something else and just giving us prescriptions. I've been to other clinics where I've been paying cash because they give you injections. You get injections, actually, and you start feeling better faster, and it's something that you guys don't provide.

Dr.V is the best! He's been my son's pediatrician since he was a toddler. My only recommendation, why do we need to check in online, if we can check in with the staff in the front desk when we arrive?

The amount of time spent inside the room waiting for provider is way too long, too much of the back and forth provider comes in and out and had my child wait over 40mins with fever of 102 to be given tylonal

Very friendly staff and very helpful. My wife and I are beyond happy with the experience
