Kerry Lynn Sheu MD

I love the provider have seen her before and she is great. But this time around had issues with the medication it wasn't sent in to pharmacy I had to wait 1 more day for it to be sent . When I called who ever answered the phone was pretty rude and asked me what medication was given when I said can you look in her chart not sure on the names she said there's a-lot of them on her chart . I said well can you see what was given the date of service seemed upset that she had to check . They finally sent medication but only sent 1 of them I called back and the same person answered and I before I even explained why I was calling she said I told you they would call you back. I said well pharmacy called me only 1 medication was sent not going to the pharmacy 2 times . She said the other is over the counter I said there were 3 medications so still missing 1 . They need to be organized with that and not be upset when it's their fault they didn't send in the first place. Not to mention the day of the appointment my Daughter had to wait to be seen because they said my mother was not on her file to bring her when clearly I had checked her in a day before and added her on there. When I called back to for them to check call center said my mother was on her chart

The only thing I would like to say it should be more sanitary the room wasn't put together and there was wrappers on counter like it wasn't cleaned in between patient the paper barrier on the chair looked used and the doctor did not wear gloves when she was assessing my child

Thank you, Dr. Sheu, for always listening to my complaints, medical complaints from my son, and always being very honest on what things can be and can't be. Really appreciate that, and the knowledge is something I value a lot. So yes, I'm glad I found (PHI removed) Pediatrician.

I been going to this facility for many many years. Dr Sheu is very clear. All though is changed a lot but you still have a few doctors that are good like Dr (three names removed) . This is why I continue coming here.

Love the entire staff, I always get treated with kind, respect and with empathy. Dr. Sheu is the best with all my children visits.

Dr. Sheu always provides great customer service. She listens to all of my concerns and answers all of the questions. She provides a lot of sources, resources, so I can further read upon any questions that I might have. Dr. Sheu is amazing and I really, really trust her with the care of my children.

I love the location and support from the stuff members

All the staff and doctor were extremely attentive to my child and while she was getting her shots. They were interacting with her and nice and made her feel comfortable. Would recommend this location.

Both my girls have been patients at this location in Southgate with Dr (name removed). We miss her terribly, she is beyond compare. I decided to stay but it's been a whirlwind with front reception, to back office and at times the doctors. It's a little unfair that as a PPO, my children only have the option to schedule two days out of the week. My husband and I are working parents, making it difficult to only have Tuesday or Thursday as an option. The staff chooses what days they'd like to greet you. I've gone on days where they're friendly but most days they aren't personable nor welcoming. Dr. Le and all her staff were ALWAYS Amazing! No matter the day or time. I've slowly become unhappy and dissatisfied. We've been at this location since 2009, that should say a lot.

Loved the Dr.Sheu and staff overall very satisfied.

It was great she listened to all our concerns and ordered all appropriate testing for my daugther. I will see her again
