Doctor and staff provided service in a very professional and respectful attitude

Dr.Leong was great, I was scheduled with another dr that morning who had an emergency, so Dr.Leong accommodated me. She explained everything thoroughly and didn't seem to rush. However somehow she completed the procedure very quickly. I had an IUD removal and replacement and had been very nervous about it. I would highly recommend her to anyone for their gynecological needs.

All of the assistance from the front desk to the medical assistants to Dr. Leong were great. They provided excellent, excellent, excellent customer service and I haven't had that in a long time with, you know, with going to the doctor. So I really appreciated that and I let them know. So I would definitely recommend them to everybody and anybody, my friends, my family. I was really telling everybody, you guys should go to PIH. So I had a really good experience with my overall experience from the front desk to the medical assistants to Dr. Leong with everybody being nice and friendly and courteous and professional and treating me really well and with respect and courtesy. I don't get that, like I said, much with other providers I've gone to or even helping my parents out with Medicare. So it was greatly appreciated and, you know, I love PIH

Dr Joy has been my longtime doctor. I am very thankful she is still here serving her patients. Her staff were wonderful also.

Scheduling was a month out. Day of visit I waited 30 minutes in waiting room, then 30 minutes inside the room to see the doctor. Doctor was very nice, but the interaction felt rushed.

I really love Dr Leong. I have had Ob/gyn issues for several years. I think Dr Leong is better than Kaiser and St Jude. She was thorough and kind. Also, she used the ultrasound in her office. This had never been done for me. Using the US right there saved me so much time and anxiety. She explained what she was seeing too! I love how PIH approaches on/gyn!!

A nurse taking you in was really good, but having to wait, they say no more than 15 minutes, and then if you are in there more than 15 minutes to call you to go up to the front desk and tell them. Well, they did call me before the 15 minutes, but then left me sitting in there for the doctor to come, so that's another 20, which I would have preferred to just wait outside with the people to see the TV that was on display. And then making appointments is ridiculous, so many months out. Thank you. Bye.

Dr Joy Leong is very easy to talk to about female problems and offers solutions to help alleviate symptoms. She is very understanding and I feel comfortable during her exam. I never feel like she is rushing thru her visit and she focuses on my needs and the visit. She doesn't do her treatment notes while seeing me ( like my cardiologist) so I have her undivided attention and I love that .

Dr. Leong is the best. I've been going to her since the mid 1990's. She takes her time with you and listens to every thing you have to say. She goes beyond!

My doctor, Leong, was super knowledgeable, very helpful. I appreciated her advice and the time she took to explain my options and how open she was to my questions. Her office was also very kind, very patient, and whenever I spoke with them on the phone, they were also very nice. I think the only thing that can improve is possibly when I called a couple times, not recently, but in the past, it did take them a little bit to answer the phone. I was on hold for probably like 10, 15, 20 minutes. So that's the only thing that I would change, but overall, the service from the providers and the staff was amazing once I was there. Thank you.

Doctor explained everything so well. She was very attentive to questions as well. She is friendly and cheerful. Would love to have doc with that personality during labor and delivery.

I was lucky because I was able to take advantage of a cancellation and be seen promptly. But the standard appointment wait time is two or three months out. I do not know or understand why the system cannot work more efficiently to get patients seen sooner. Surely there must be a better system out there.

Love Dr. Leong. She is down to earth and provides good quality care and practical advice to her patients.

Dr Leong is one of the best providers I've seen! She communicates very clearly and listens. It's no wonder it can be so difficult to get an appointment with her. She's usually booked a month or more in advance. I'm sure many patients want to see her because the care she provides is exceptional. She delivered my youngest child 12 years ago and I never forgot how professional and approachable she was! Through the years my insurance changes and sometimes she's not in my insurance's preferred network. Well, she will always be my first choice if my insurance allows it!

Dr. Leong was very caring and open to what I had to say. I really appreciated her interest in me and offer solutions for me. She is fantastic!

I waited to long to be called into office. Many other patients who arrived well after myself. After I inquired about the wait, I was told there are no rooms. Still more patients were called who arrived. I did not get into the office to see the Dr until almost an hour later.

I think the wait time that I waited for the doctor to see me was a little over an hour and that was just a little too long

I truly can't say enough about Dr Leong! We went to have my son get circumcised, but she also talked me through my PPD I was feeling! I can't thank her enough for her words of encouragement and support. She listened to what I was feeling and explained in depth why I was feeling that way and what to do to help me through it. Not only was she reassuring but her staff was amazing with comforting me and my son as they prepared for the procedure.

The care of the doctor Leong is excellent, she is one of the best doctors I have found in that line and I love it, I loved the (unreadable) that she has fabulous also all of them with friendly all with respectful very very good experience. I am delighted, I have been learning with her for years and I hope it lasts a long time there because I do not want to change to another fascinating gynecologist and apart from (unreadable), one is exactly what you need, a friendly, cordial manner and the ones to feel is a lot of confidence.

I don't have any complaints about Dr. Leong and her staff when it comes to their bed side manner. It is great and her staff is very polite and courteous. However the amount of time spent there and that I had to wait was simply too long and unacceptable. My appointment was at 11:00am and did not see the doctor until 12pm. By the time I was done with Dr. Leong I was leaving her office at 12:45 and I still had labs to be done which was also a long wait. I have never need for a doctor appointment and labs take so long. This was a two hours and half appointment. Needless to say this was my worse visit ever as far as waiting is concerned.

My blessings for everyone who works at the PIH hospital. Everyone had been really kind.

Dr. Leong has always been respectful of what I have to say. If I had the option to make her my primary care doctor, I would in a heartbeat! She listens and explains in laymen's terms. She is an Dr. she gets things done!

My appointment was at 2:00pm, I was called at 2:05pm but waited for 50 minutes in the examination room for 50 minutes before being seen by the doctor.

This was the first time I met Dr. Joy Leong and she was very nice and listened to what I had to say. She offered suggestions and explained what she would like to do regarding my care which I agreed with.

I really liked this doctor. She took the time to completely explain what she was doing and why. I recommended Dr Leong to a co-worker. She called me and raved about how amazing her experience was with Dr. LEONG. I'm always amazed how quickly she gets things done because she has such an awesome bed side manner, you almost forget why you are there.

Check in staff was not friendly. Nurse assistant was mediocre. Had me undress from waist down for 45 mins. I was about to leave. No one came back in to say sorry for the wait. If I hadn't already waited 8 wks for the appt. I would have left.

As of my experience for the first time with this doctor, I would recommend her as a doctor independently but never to Presbyterian hospital.

Joy was absolutely wonderful, period. She spent time with me, made me feel like, you know, she could really dedicate all her time with me and not rush me out. She's very nice, she was very helpful, she was very caring. The only problem I had was the parking situation. When I was leaving, we were completely bumper to bumper stopped from both ways because of the guard that had to constantly be lifted up and down. That was a huge nuisance and I couldn't leave the parking lot for 15 minutes.

Dr Leong has been a trusted physician and friend for many years. I appreciate her honest & caring advice completely!

I waited 20 minutes before I got called back into an obituary room and then when I got called into a room I was asked to change and I stayed undressed for over 45 minutes, about 45 to 50 minutes before the doctor actually came in. And I halfway through went outside to the nurses station, basically in a gown, asking what had happened and she said that there was only one person, she was with one person and that person was ahead of me and as soon as she was done she would come see me. But it took 45 minutes to come to me and she spent less than five minutes with me. So when I had questions she was not willing to answer.

I was very happy with Dr. Leong. The staff was great and especially the doctor. She was very easy to talk to. It was the first time I had seen her. And as I said, very easy to talk to and very easy to explain things. It was great and I would recommend her to anyone.

My scheduled appointment was at 4:30pm. I came in time. I was not called until 5:15pm. I was wondering why I wasn't called until 5:00pm I went and asked the front desk. The staff told me there were still patients in the room. When the nurse called me, she apologized and told me if the front desk told me that the doctor was behind. Dr Leong was kind by apologizing and thanking me for waiting. I understood doctors could be behind in schedule. The thing I was not happy that none of the staff came to me giving me any information.

I do not think the paying for parking is okay as a patient with everything else we need to pay for. Especially having the same entrance as the employees it causes traffic and makes people late to their appt. I think PIH needs to work on that

PIH lucked out when they hired Dr. Leong. She is one of the best physicians I have ever had and I still will drive all the way from Culver City to see her.

I arrived at 2:45 for 3:15 appointment. Online pre- registration did not capture new insurance information or pictures. Registration staff had to search for my insurance information and verify it was active. I waited in the lobby until 3:50'ish, and just as I was going to ask about the status of my appointment, I was called in to the room. I waited a long time in the room. I finished my appointment at 4:45. My visit with the doctor was approximately 5 minutes. Face time with Dr Leong seemed rushed compared to the time I spent waiting. I miss the old PIH Health 10 years ago.

Dr. Leong made me feel so much more positive about my current situation. She was great and I loved how helpful and informative she was. On another note, I drive almost an hour to get to my doctors...by choice because I love PIH. I would really love for PIH to expand out to the Eastvale area one day.

I had an ultrasound, a (word removed) ultrasound completed with your visit on Monday and I am now scheduled for surgery tomorrow because there was a mass that was missed during the ultrasound. So I just felt that the ultrasound wasn't very thorough or it was very quickly looked at and was completely missed. And now I'm scheduled for surgery two days later. Thank you.

Front desk staff was not welcoming and seemed displease to being there. Besides that everything else went fantastic.

Hi, I just wanted to say that the service is amazing. The only thing that I think the office can improve on is making sure that they're able to, that the customers are able to reach them by phone. Usually when I call, I'm on hold for about 30 minutes and I have to call back. So that's the only issue. Like maybe there was a different extension that we can reach or if they had more people who can answer the phone, that way they'd be easier to reach.

I had to wait 40 minutes in the waiting room before being called back to a room which I felt was too long.

Dr Joy is an amazing doctor and she took such great care of me my whole pregnancy. The staff is so helpful and amazing. (Name removed) really cares and does the most to make me feel seen and cared for. The front desk staff is great. All the MAs are so helpful and nice. The nurses really care. I love this office! The bathrooms in the OB back office need fans and vents, they have a musty wet odor and that's very difficult when pregnant. The elevators are unsafe and always broken. Patients need to have access to the stairs at all time so we can get your appointments. The paying for parking needs to stop the system is broken and the machines don't work and it is always a hassle and I don't always have money for parking.
