Great Doctor

Dr. Nelson was absolutely amazing. It's been a while since I was seen by a doctor that just reflects so much confidence and just thorough with his examination. And I knew that he just hit it in the nail with my diagnosis. So I appreciate so much the opportunity to have met Dr. Nelson. Thank you so much.

Dr. Dalla Tor was very cordial. I had four things I wanted to address with him and he addressed all of them with good answers and two referrals. He was both professional and efficient. He was very thorough with his answers to everything I asked him.

Staff and doctor were really helpful, nice, and friendly. However, it took me two months to receive. First time my appointment got rescheduled, and then after it got rescheduled because of the doctor's, the doctor rescheduled my appointment, I had to wait yet another month. So it took me two months to be able to see the doctor. I think that if someone's going to get rescheduled, they should get priority and get it sooner rather than forcing the patient to wait for another month or so to be seen. Other than that, everything seems okay.

I had an appt time at 9:00am. Didn't get called until 9:20a to confirm appt. after checking in they called me within 10 minutes to the back. They had me and my 2 year old waiting in the room for almost an hour and a half. There is enough staff and doctors to attend patients. That's why we make appointments. This can not happen again. I love PIH. But if it continues I will have to change providers.

All staff were respectful and knowledgeable.

Doctor Dalla Tor was excellent.

What I don't like is that they don't make my appointments on time, they take a long time to give me the appointment, and also that they always speak English to me and there are almost no people who speak Spanish.

The appointment system stinks. Calls are not returned, hold time has been as much as 2 hrs. When you cane make an appointment it is 5-6weeks out. PIH says they are understaffed and an influx of patients have been assigned to PIH. I am sure the rates have not gone down but the service level sure has. I don't get responses to my concerns. Let's see if you respond to this one. Your head nurse on the 5th floor is rude and discourteous. Dr. are great once you get to the visit, your support staff is below par. We patients deserve better

The doctor is very professional. I don't have a single complaint. I always wait for him to have an appointment available so I can be attended by him. But yesterday upon arriving, the front desk was empty and I waited a long time. Then a young girl dressed in black passed by and her jacket had the PIH logo. She wasn't an assistant or nurse, perhaps she was from admin. I only wanted to ask her to call someone to help me, yet she ignored me. The person at the front desk arrived after and whenever she treats me I notice she lacks good manners, meaning she provides unprofessional treatment. And another patient at the same time was complaining about her hostility. Additionally, something I found excessive was the cost of parking and they don't validate anything. It's very abusive.

The Dr and student Dr were Awesome!

Dr. Dalla Tor was great. He listened to me. He was perfect. He tried to, he explained everything to me and he was willing to see me at the last moment notice. For him, for that, I'm really, really appreciative to the doctor. A true, great doctor who's compassionate and professional.

Dr. Was very nice and thoughtful. We truly liked him.

I'm giving a 10 to the doctor and the customer service. I loved the consultation with the doctor and his assistant from the villa. I also recommend both of them. I'm very grateful and would recommend them to any of my relatives or friends. Thank you.

Thank you for Dr. Dalla Tor, there should be more like him: Knowledgeable, Professional, and highly experienced in finding solutions to the patients ailments and problems. FINALLY found a doctor where I feel comfortable and experience integrity. PIH needs to pay more attention of what's going on with your doctors because it took me a few to find Dr. Dalla Tor.

Dr. Dalla Tor has been my primary doctor for 14 years and whenever I've had to see the residents, because he's so busy with the residency program, something has gone wrong. The last thing was my blood pressure. I had to be hospitalized three times in three weeks and I've made up my mind now that I'm not going to see anybody but him if I have to make my appointments when I'm there today for the next time. I will. But I really got sick when my blood pressure was handled and now I'm off of blood pressure medications completely and doing well. Thank you so much.

A follow up appointment not required. The day of my appointment was my first interaction with Dr. Nelson Dalla Tor, MD. It was a positive experience.

That's bless you, thank you very much for this survey the first time I had the meeting with my primary with the primary sector it was excellent and I would recommend it to all those who are like me who cannot speak English very well and I am not I speak more in Spanish and he gave me my language, both the nurses and him speaking to me in my language, so I give him a 10 and I congratulate them and I hope to continue doing others with them from now on.

Yes, I feel that you guys can improve on the scheduling because it takes too long to schedule an appointment and also call back. You guys do not call back. That's another problem. Thank you.
