Robin is fantastic!

Good overall experience. The nurse and provider were attentive and knowledgeable. The only things that was off was I noticed the nurse was writing stats down instead of putting them on a tablet or computer. I've not noticed this before but maybe the system was down?

She was very friendly, listened very well, very informative, didn't rush the appointment, listened to me, she was very well-versed in what was going on with me and definitely made me feel better. I feel like she was very thorough, ordered really good after appointments and tests and whatnot. She checked everything that I asked her and even more. Overall, very good experience.

Amazing staff. I can't tell you how amazing you guys are in under a minute. I love PIH. I've been in the healthcare industry myself for 10 years. So you guys are amazing. I didn't feel any pain. They actually use the plastic tools there and I felt no pain. I really appreciate that because this is probably the least painful. And again, no pain. I've been taken care of by you guys and I just appreciate you guys so much. You guys are the best and I always talk about you guys and you guys are the only reason I'm at my job. So I love PIH.

I left the office feeling more worried than when I arrived and messaged the Nurse Practitioner about concerns and don't feel like her response was helpful or gave me any relief

Very pleasant experience from beginning to end.

Everybody was nice, no waiting period. I was seen right away. Robin was kind to me and did my wellness exam well.

I wish there was more flexibility with rescheduling appointments in a timely manner.

Robin was wonderful! She allowed me to come in on a same-day basis which was a blessing for me! Robin was gentle and respectful and very informative! I was grateful for her care!

Dr Robin seemed inexperienced and rushed. She had trouble operating the ultrasound, which is what I was there for. The pictures were zoomed out and the quality was really bad. When I questioned them she just kept asking if I had any more questions and dismissed my concern by saying in two weeks the image will be better. I had a 6 week ultrasound w my pregnancy for my son and the image was more clear and we even heard the heartbeat. This experience left me with little reassurance and little to no confidence in the provider at this location. I normally go to the Whittier location and the office and doctors in general seem more seasoned and competent.

I wish I could have seen the MD doctor and share my experiences and show my concern regarding my treatment. Thank you.

I was greeted and treated very nicely at the office, and I liked the PA that I met that helped me for the first time. And I will be back there to deal with her. I just wish you had more doctors. That way you could have more open appointments. Thank you very much. Bye-bye.

Office staff are standoffish, unhelpful, and quite rude.

Yeah, I was really pleased with how quick I was able to get an appointment time. The only unfortunate circumstance that left me really disappointed and truthfully thinking about continuing to be a patient at this office was I was 15 minutes late to my original appointment and I was told I could not be seen and it was really disappointing because I had driven over an hour and a half for my appointment. And I was forced to come in the next day. When I came in the next day, I was forced to wait 15 minutes. This was incredibly disappointing as that was the amount of time that I was late the day before and I was forced to rearrange my entire day to come back. It was a circumstance of traffic and I really would have appreciated some more care and consideration because I was forced to wait that same exact amount of time just the day after.

The nurse practitioner was constantly looking at her watch, her responses felt robotic like she didn't want to be there

The NP Robin Circo was very patient, nice, understanding and listened to everything I had to say. The only issue I had was the front staff. They didn't speak a word to me AT ALL. No hello or eye contact. They simply gave me the clipboard to sign in without looking up and continued with what they were doing. I then got called in. I was told to make an appointment on my way out but I didn't want to deal with the attitude so I'll call later. A simple good morning doesn't hurt anyone.

The front receptionist was with no motivation to schedule my next appointment... Told her have a good day smiled she completely ignored me and just looked away.

I arrived in time for my appointment the receptionist was nice however every patient who arrived after me was called in first. The receptionist even questioned why I was being skipped and eventually went to the back to see why I had been skipped for over 30 minutes. When called back there was no acknowledgment as to being skipped or made to wait so long.

The location was difficult to find because it was amongst a many other medical buildings.

It was my first time seeing her which accounts for the lower rating versus other doctors I've seen more often and have more experience with. Although she did seem to know what she was talking about.
