Miss (name removed) who was my nurse was extremely polite and very kind.

I pressed the wrong number on the very first question. It should be a 4, not a 1. Please correct that.

He was honest with his consultation and recommended me to see a orthopedic for my problem!

The provider made me feel as if I shouldn't ask questions and made the experience shameful. He was not respectful or tactful

I was just a little disappointed that the staff did not send me right to the other doctor that he recommended I go to. They sent it through the insurance and I don't think they needed to do that.
