I loved how my doctor listens and explains things to me in a way that is easy for me to understand.

Dr. Vuong-Dac was very attentive and caring during my visit. She answered all my questions about my medical concerns to satisfaction.

I liked everything about our appointment except that I had a fever and the doctor said that if I had a fever I should have requested a Teladoc and I don't like that PIH is not recommending or separating the sick patients from the well patients so that they can be seen by a doctor. I had an ear infection and that cannot be determined over Teladoc.

Yes, the first visit to this doctor, she was excellent. I really appreciated all of her input. She did refer me to dermatology for dark spots on my face and unfortunately, dermatology does not have any openings for new patients until March 3rd, 2025. So once again, I'll be waiting several months, five months, over five months to be exact, for an appointment. That's my only issue. Thank you.

The doctor was a great communicator & took time to hear your concerns. More doctors ought to be like her; a very friendly personality.

When I first made my appointment I wish I was able to make a sooner appt than I was able too. I ended up having to make appt with a different doctor and had to go to Urgent care and in Between the time frame I was given to make appointment to see my pcp.

the service was great once I was to be seen. I originally had an appointment in August with different provider, they cancelled and called for me to reschedule and the soonest they had was 2 months later.. Very upsetting, but It worked out, because I really liked this new Dr.

Dr.Magged is the only problem with this provider! Because of his lack of personal care with my health issues, I decided to see another doctor in the network! Dr. Vuong is much more concerned and willing to help work my medical issues! No brainier for me! Dumping Magged stocking with Dr. Vuong!

Wait time to see my Primary care Dr. was mid to end of August. (3 months). This is really difficult for anyone trying to maintain health with well visits let alone those who are sick and would prefer to be seen by primary care and not urgent care. Patients build a rapport with primary care dr's that can't be built in urgent care. I was able to be seen by this doctor and I was very impressed. She took time to listen and communicated in terms that were easily understood.

PIH needs to improve the ability and timing to see your dr. I got lucky with this appointment, but waiting 2 months to see drs is ridiculous. I do not want to go to urgent care for everything, and often don't end up seeing a dr at all. I've been told multiple times that there are NO apts with any PIH office for 2 months. And I have talked to several other patients with the same issue. Hire more more drs. Be more available for the needs of your patients.

The provider is simply outstanding. Trying to get an appointment was a little challenging. By the grace of goodness, I was able to get the cancellation and get in much earlier. This was my first experience with PIH. very disappointed that can get everything I need in one building like Kaiser Permanente. I have to go look for a "quest" to get blood work and need to go look for a pharmacy.

The problem is trying to schedule an appointment with PIH in general. It usually takes several months to see a PIH doctor which is very frustrating. I would recommend most of my providers but to get in to see them can deter anyone from going to PIH, myself included. I am seriously thinking of changing from PIH because of this situation!

I know some of the numbers might have been incorrect that I pressed, but I just wanted to say that the provider's office and the provider, I haven't been back to PIH in years, but they made me feel very welcome in establishing my care with them. So overall, everything was an excellent experience. And if there was any incorrect keys that were lower experiences, that was a mistake on my part. So I just want to make sure that it's noted that this provider's office and the provider did treat me with excellent care. And I would recommend this to my family, friends, or anyone who's asked. Dr Vuong-Dac was very attentive and took her time. Explained every step she was going to take and the reason for it. When it was time for the Pap Smear she was great at making me feel comfortable and letting me know when she would touch me or insert the speculum.

It was an amazing annual physical I usually see Dr. Magged but was unable due to scheduling. I had an amazing experience even discussing sensitive topics I felt comfortable and at ease, our time was limited but I felt all my concerns were addressed. She is an amazing doctor with the best bedside manner it was worth the wait.

When I call made my appointment they said insurance was good. I went to my appointment and my card said declined I spent 45 on my cell phone to insurance company just for them to say my card was good. So I don't know what happen on the other end at the doctor office but she had to talk to my insurance people but the computer at dr off ice still said declined hopefully it works next time. It not great when I had to wait no feeling good
