Nathan Lim MD is a board-certified rheumatologist. He received his doctorate at Boston University School of Medicine and completed an internship and residency at Los Angeles County + USC and a fellowship in rheumatology at the University of Southern California.
Dr. Lim became a physician because he wanted to help people with chronic medical conditions and provide care to all communities. He enjoys the medical diversity and multi-system involvement of rheumatology, along with the strong therapeutic relationships he develops with his patients. “New treatments are being developed every year to help rheumatology patients,” he adds. “I’m dedicated to my patients and willing to grow and adapt to new technologies.”
In his free time, Dr. Lim enjoys travel and trying new foods. He has spent five weeks in the mountains of Ecuador, and in addition to providing care to indigenous people there, he sampled the local cuisine.
