The provider, Dr. Soto, is absolutely wonderful and there's no complaints there. I just find it difficult that when I call the office, it's always a minimum 30-minute hold. And I experience on several occasions where I go through all the recording of the phone And then when I get placed on hold, somebody picks up and hangs up. And front office could use a little bit more of pleasantry.

Dr. Soto is an incredible provider who takes the time to make sure the treatment plan is tailored to her patients' individual needs. She is caring and thorough.

I waited inside the room in my gown for 40 minutes and no one came in to say anything. I felt like I'd been forgotten. Dr. Soto is a wonderful person, though, and I know schedules can back up. I just would have preferred some acknowledgement to the delay.

So the provider made me feel very comfortable. I do want to say that. I was not in any way uncomfortable with her or anything like that. I do just feel like I wasn't listened to when I was explaining the pain that I was in, the pelvic pain. And she seemed to want to just switch birth controls, even though I expressed that I don't like being on hormonal birth controls because I am bipolar and it does affect my emotional state considering I am unmedicated. And she kind of just wanted to do the switch of birth control. I had a note from the hospital.

Thank you to all the staff at this location Dr Soto was awesome and the nurse that took my blood work Jason was great overall everyone was great from the time I checked in to the time I left. Thank you!

All things considered anything health related needs to be dealt with in private and this includes weighing the individual. of all the things that I feel was a decision that wasn't in the best interest of the patient was putting the scale outside. And one more thing whoever brings the patients back needs to stop talking to them like they're two years old. Now we are going to go left here now. We are going to go right here and now we're going to step on the scale and now, let's go down the hall this way and yeah, let's go to room 17. I felt like I was in kindergarten with a teacher leading me. They need to talk that way we're not children so that in the scale were my only two main concerns. No need to call me about it just something to consider for the future.

My appointment was set for Monday July 1st a while ago. You can probably check your phone records. I purposely scheduled for the same day as my mammogram but then I received a confirmation message for yesterday so I called in and was told there is no appointment for me July 1st and no other appointments until Auguat therefore I was forced to rearrange my schedule in order to suit your needs. This was very frustrating. Dr Soto is great and I have nothing but praise for her. I think PIH is getting too big and not as patient focused as it used to be.

She addressed my concerns and she didn't rush me. I didn't feel rushed, she listened to my concerns about my body. I wish my primary did that more.

The only thing about PIH in general that's a negative is paying for parking when it is necessary to have a monthly appointment during pregnancy.

I am so pleased with PIH. My family recently moved to the area and needed to establish care nearby so I selected PIH, and could not be happier. It seems like the facilities do not overbook, which limits wait times. The office staff and medical providers have been so helpful and friendly. My only critique is that you often have to pay for parking, which is unfortunate.

Dr. Soto was really patient, kind and professional during my latest visit. She explained everything clearly and listened to my concerns. She also called after the in office visit to provide me with the results of my biopsy. She really shows care to her patients and in her work- and it is truly appreciated. The office staff was also professional and courteous. Although it does take a while to get an appointment with the office, perhaps due to high volume of patients. Nevertheless, I'd recommend Dr. Soto to my family and friends.

Dr Soto isnt my primary OBGYN but she performed my surgery when I had a miscarriage and was very caring and empathetic communicator during a delicate and emotional situation. I felt supported and cared for on the day of surgery and upon my follow up appt. I had heard from other patients who had gone through miscarriages that other doctors were not very caring so I was grateful to have had a positive experience with Dr Soto. I am extremely disappointed that I have to pay for parking when I see my provider at this location. This makes me not want to recommend this provider to family or friends and potentially seek a different network/provider for myself. Other PIH office buildings do not charge for parking. There should be an option to validate parking tickets for patients who have appointments with their providers.

I was impressed by Dr Soto's professionalism, all the while exhibiting care and compassion for her patient. Dr Soto is a refreshing change of pace from doctors who have "all the answers", reducing the patient to the "empty vessel" status. Bravo Dr Soto!

Dr. Soto was very warm and attentive, one of the best providers I have seen at the PIH women's office so far. Am almost 34 weeks pregnant, and she was the first provider to check in with me about the PIH pregnancy/new parent classes and talk to me about choosing a pediatrician. Although there is so much pregnancy/parent information out there on the internet now, it is really helpful to have a provider that is helping guide you to look forward to plan and prepare.
