Arrived clinic 10 mins before appointment time. Had to wait 30 mins after my appointment time to actually see the doctor. Very disappointed with visit. She needs to review the chart but she also needs to see the patient with her own opinion (without bias) and with her OWN assessment!

not a very warm or inviting doctor

My Son had a hearing test done 3xs in the room because he was only able to hear out of the left ear. We were told that something was wrong with his right ear hearing and we needed a referral to see a specialist. The provider rudely asked my son and I if we have noticed any problems with hearing in the right ear, we both said no. She said well we will have to refer you to a specialist. That didn't sit right with me. Well the nurse was giving the test to my son she was messing with the machine as if it was faulty to begin with. We were both left in worry about his hearing in his right ear. Before we were discharged another nurse came in and we asked her to do another hearing test. She took us to another room retested and he was fine. I am very upset that we had to go through this.

Dr. Bhargava is fantastic, and we're so happy to have her managing our son's care.

It was very easy to make, and schedule an appointment for our newborn, and Dr. Bhargava was very knowledgeable, very helpful, very caring, and she was able to explain everything about our baby's health conditions, and about our, able to answer any questions, and say anything we had about our concerns, or answer appropriately our concerns. So, I am very, very pleased with her care so far. Very happy I found you guys.

Baby is 5 days old and I'm 5 days postpartum. They made us wait for over 40 mins and baby was undressed for around 20mins. The pediatrician was not enthusiastic and rather cold.

We love Dr. Bhargava and the whole LM PIH team. Our only criticism is in regards to the building; along with being ADA compliant, it would be tremendously helpful for parents with strollers (which is quite a few of us) to have automatic/push-button-to-open doors to get in and out of the back part of the office. The doors are heavy and hard to utilize when also maneuvering a stroller.

I used to be able to get appointments with Dr. Bhargava the same week my child needed care. This time I had to wait a few weeks to get an appointment which was disappointing because I was forced to take him to another provider to address his immediate needs. Which ultimately resulted in me scheduling two appointments, one with the alternate provider and one with Dr. Bhargava. So the cost wound up being twice as much. I'm confident Dr. Bhargava could have resolved his issue in one visit.

Scheduling and rescheduling appointments is difficult to get in a timely manner. very frustrating,

Dr bhargava was rude and condescending

The website did not give us the ability to see the provider in person, so we had a Zoom or a Doxy visit, and upon that visit, within the first couple minutes, the doctor said that she'd like to see us in the office and took us that same day, and I felt really comfortable with that, and I was really, really happy that I was able to get in and see her.

Doctor was very kind, knowledgeable, and understanding. :)

Dr Bhargava is always so patient and kid. She listens to my concerns with my child's development and is always supportive on addressing his needs. We've been patients of hers for 22 years.

We love Dr Bhargava, however it has been so frustrating this past year because we can never get in to see her! Please hire another physician to help lighten the load of the LM practice.

I just appreciate the staff's attention and courtesy and just engaging with my kids. I appreciate Dr. Bhargava and her ability to understand my choices on these medications and using alternative care for my daughter. And I appreciate her understanding and also giving me the medical side of and explaining things. I'd never go to anybody else. I love her and my kids do too. Thank you.

I am grateful for (name removed) and Dr. Bhargava for allowing our visit to take place in spite of challenges. They were willing to work with us and get us in early to the appointment. All staff was respectful and friendly and made us feel at ease. Thank you for all your help!
