NP Janice is always willing to listen to my concerns and does not make me feel like I'm overthinking or dumb. She listens to all my concerns and always makes sure I leave with all my question answered. She is definitely the best.

Provider care was excellent. Janice took the time to listen, to not provide not only excellent care, but also, emotional support. I felt extremely safe and comfortable in her care. She is an excellent health care provider!

Janice was very attentive to what I had to explain to her, she took her time and listened to me.

To begin with, at 53 years old, a nurse had never given me a Pap smear, this did not seem professional to me, they sent me to a doctor and the nurse did the exam, but well, that was it.

She was a very patient, understanding doctor or physician's assistant and I'm sorry, nurse practitioner and she really took the time to listen and you can tell she really loves her job. I wish there could be more doctors like her, physicians like her. And yes, she fixed the problem and I can't wait to go back and see her again. Thank you.

Nurse was extremely rude, but the provider was great and listened careful to everything that I had to say.

Dr. Astilla was so polite and respectful even during news we didn't want to hear. She provided so much information on the recovery steps and what to expect and I was very pleased to have had her as my doctor for the time being.

I had a wonderful experience with Janice. I was a little apprehensive at first because of the nature of the business. You needed gynecology and I know I love my doctor, Sanchez, and Janice was taking his place for this matter. And I am more than pleased with the care and the quality of the care and her knowledge. That's all I'd like to say about that. I think you should know that. She's very, very intelligent and a very kind, gentle person.

Experience was 100%. She sat with me and explained everything to me and listened to me . Gave me enough time to talk and actually didn't feel rushed.

My provider made me feel comfortable... she was easy to talk to, and answered all of my questions! I really liked her and would love to see her again! (Two names removed) were amazing as well... so delightful and made my experience just that much better!

Janice was nice and heard my concerns. The office manager and Yolonda were also very pleasant. The lady at the front desk for check-in was one of the rudest persons I've ever encountered. I rushed from work arriving a few minutes late and she was very mean about it even after telling her I had a huge lump in my right breast she showed NO empathy, understanding or kindness. It was not a pleasant experience at all leading me to seek the office manager. This is not somewhere I care to go for upcoming appointments due to having to deal with her. It's also unbelievable that her patient care is this cold towards PIH members.

I would like to thank the office staff in particular. They helped me get everything situated and had so much patience. One other lady was helping but I didn't get her name. But thank you so much.

Receptionist and practician are great! So attentive and helpful. Great experience. Unfortunately the medical assistant taking the vitals was not as bright.

NP Janice is absolutely the best! She is very patient, she cares, and she listens. I have never had a bad experience with her and I would recommend her to anyone who needs to see an Obgyn.

Janice was incredibly kind and compassionate when I talked to her about my options after my miscarriage. She was really patient and made sure that all of my questions were answered. I definitely felt at peace with my decision after speaking with her. And (name removed) in the front office was amazing at getting me in for an appointment, even though I had some crazy insurance stuff going on. But she really did her best, and I really appreciate all of the effort that she put in on my behalf.

She took the time to listen, explained and addressed all my needs and concerns and referred me to what I need to do to get better. If they were all like her. You would have an awesome team. She is wonderful and simply the best.

I feel like I received better care with the nurse practitioner, Janice, than with my regular doctor. I feel like it didn't really take my concerns into consideration or just that my issues weren't resolved. Overall, I think it's just kind of dampened my experience with PIH, knowing that I can't talk to my regular doctor and know that I'm going to be taken care of. However, I did have a really good experience with the nurse practitioner, Janice. And that is all I have to say.
