Doctor Hooshvar was extremely kind and was very helpful with my concern! She was giving tips on things to avoid and was reassuring! I'm very grateful she was able to fit me in last minute and was able to care for me so graciously! Thank you!

The staff at this office was great. They were kind and respectful. The provider on the other hand was not. She was rude , as soon as she walked in "first impression" I knew that it wasn't going to be a good visit . Every concerned I had , I wasn't able to fully verbalize because she kept cutting me off when I tried to speak. She was VERY DISMISSIVE of my issue and pain. I felt like I was NOT CARED for and in some way as she was mocking my pain. I've never felt so UNCOMFORTABLE with a provider . I will NOT be scheduling another appointment with her . This was the first time I had an appointment with her , and only agreed because she was the earliest available . I would NOT recommend her to anyone. I feel this provider is in it for the money , rather than the care of the patients .

Dr Hooshvar is absolutely the most Caring provider I've ever had

Dr. Hooshvar takes her time to understand what you are there for and takes her time to explain what treatments are available and any effects these may have. Provider show she cares.

I was referred to Dr. Hooshvar after my doctor was unavailable. She was the first doctor to actually listen to all of my needs and concerns, and she went through and followed through to make sure that she was able to check and make sure what was going on with my body, and she still continues to do so. Therefore, I switched my provider to her permanently, and I am extremely grateful that I have her.

This doctor made me feel very comfortable. I get nervous when I go to the doctors, but she made me very comfortable, and she was very, very nice. And I'm very grateful that I had her. I think you guys can most improve by the time scheduling an appointment at 4 and not being seen until 4:40 is a big no-no. Other than that, everything else was wonderful.

I really do believe that most of the doctors that I see at Pih treat you according to your insurance. also, I believe age are race in my case plays a big factor. I have issues and I have to say that none of the doctors really have helped. I don't have a lot of things going on. No one has really ever took the time to explain to me what is really going on with my health and all these different illnesses I am feeling I am 72 so maybe it is me but I just think it could be better.

This doctor does take her time accommodate patient. The only thing is it Takes to long to get appointments with her. Call center needs to provide a little more clarity and not be so Rude to her patients .

The gowns that are given are small and made of paper. It would be more comfortable if the gowns were made of something more sturdy and adequately covered the area.

Excellent team! The lady across on the side seemed a bit stern and intimidating when I interacted with her twice, but maybe she just has a stronger personality overall. Apart from that, everyone was great! MD, main office lady where I officially checked in and phlebotomist were all friendly and professional.

My appointment was at 1:30. We got there around 12:30. Dr. Nina Hooshvar took us in early. Very considerate and thoughtful.

Nina was amazing, made me feel very comfortable and was efficient and did everything in a timely manner. Great at explaining everything to me. The nurse who took my blood pressure and set me up was also amazing. I wish I remembered her name. Over all great service. One of the front desk assistants though needs to be a little more friendly and kind, the first time I ever called I was not greeted with compassion or kindness from her.

Dr.Hooshvar is AMAZING!!! She explains everything in detail and in "english". She doesn't use medical terminology. I love how she cares for her patients and it shows.

During a well women exam are physicians supposed to check both breasts? She only checked one, and it was super quick. That made me feel rushed and not sure it was done correctly

I didn't like that they don't validate parking I already have to pay a co-pay plus parking just because I'm not pregnant. I didn't see an OB but I was there for woman issues. I think they should validate for all patients.

This provider did not spend much time with me, did not explain herself well, and left immediately after she did my procedure. She did not make me feel respected or cared for at all. The rest of the office is great, though. They you know made my appointment at a fairly timely manner, and I felt respected. Thank you.

Provider was great but it was disappointing not being able to schedule my next appointment in a timely manner and having very limited days to select from, specially as I'm nearing the last couple of days of my pregnancy

I like feeling comfortable with her. She definitely comes to you knowing your history & concern. Even goes beyond researching for other possibilities regarding the patient's concern.
