Dr Sara reviewed my X-ray results and asked and answered my questions and concerns in an integrative way. She reviewed my labs and made me happy that they were good; asked me About heart and about cancer history as it affects determining which drug treatment is appropriate for me.

This was my first visit. I felt very comfortable with her explaining what she believed may be happening. She immediately set up testing to include X-rays, which was done that day & suggested I set an appointment with a pain specialist and physical therapist as well! We are now waiting for results! Very happy so far!

First appointment , got imaging and labs done in same building on same visit with my single copay , not multiple copay , loved it . Q: why don't you validate ? When I do physical therapy they validate and it's part of my copay .

Dr. Seyedali stands out as an exceptional healthcare provider, showing attentiveness, empathy, thoroughness, and extensive knowledge. She took the time to carefully listen to and address my concerns without any judgement or dismissiveness. I've been very impressed with all the experiences I've had at PIH. It seems PIH values patients over profits/metrics, which is hard to come by these days.

She is a very kind and responsible doctor with the treatment of my mother who is 87 years old. She always listens and tries to make my mother feel comfortable with her decisions regarding the medications she prescribes. She is an excellent professional.

I found this provider to be professional and knowledgeable and very respectful of what I'm going through. Yes, I would recommend her to anyone I know. I'm pretty much satisfied with most of all my PIH doctors as I'm in the group, but I found this doctor to be a little more listening and a little less typing, if that makes sense. Appointment scheduling is very, very backed up. I couldn't get an appointment till two months, but fortunately I had to call for any cancellations and I called on the first, second, and third day for cancellations and I was seen because there was a cancellation. But that means rushing and just taking off. But this office, very, very tight schedule. Only two rheumatologists accepting patients, but otherwise very good.

The only bad experience I had was with the gentleman who took my hand and foot xray. I couldn't understand him at all. At one point he grabbed my hand and threw it away from the xray table.

Yes, the doctor said that they were going to check, they took x-rays to see if I had a compression fracture in my back. And yet I was diagnosed with a compression fracture a couple of years ago or so and should be in my record and she didn't even seem to know that. So I wasn't that impressed with, she seemed awfully young too, I don't know if she's that experienced. Thank you.

I thought Dr. Sara Seyed was very thorough in questioning me of my symptoms and trying to get at the source of my pain and discomfort. She was patient and listened well. In fact she gave me a name to my medical concerns; along with additional medical test and medication. And a follow up in five weeks. Respectfully, (PHI removed)

I think that improvement is needed with the nurse that works with Dr. Sayadeli. She tends to forget conversations that she has with her patients. She doesn't take notes and submit them into the computer system so that she can access them and be reminded of the conversations that are being had with her. I also think that there should be more doctors similar to Dr. Sayadeli so that we don't have to wait so many days or several months to be able to schedule appointments with doctors in general in the PIH system. The only recommendation that I have is that it would be better if the providers of outside offices were connected to the hospital where all things could be viewed at once. And that is my only recommendation. Thank you.

Hi. Ah, the doctor was great. She listened, she gave me information, she told me what she thought, and what I especially liked was is we developed a plan, and I loved it. So I had, you know, some follow-up tests to do, and then we had a plan to come back together again and talk about things as opposed to just being pushed into some medication. So I really, really appreciate it. And she listened, she knew her stuff, and I'm busy doing my tests, and I will see her soon. Thank you so much.

The doctor was great the office upfront could practice more kindness to the patients. The phone lines are terrible when calling in. Wait time on the fone for someone to pick up is 25-30 min. Unacceptable for such a huge organization. Plus scheduling an appt in a timely matter is horrendous.

The doctor was excellent, but it took months and months to get an appointment and I didn't like this. But everything else seemed very good to me. The only thing I have a problem with is the (unreadable) because they take too long, 3 /4 months, to give a (unreadable). That's all.

Yes, to me there's no improvement other than some of the other stations might have problems, but the doctor that I saw and have been seeing for a while has always been very courteous, very, she listens very well. She asked other questions that made me kind of talk more to her of my concern. So I want to say thank you to her.

Dr. Seyedali is incredibly patient, wonderful, informative, and very helpful. She listens and answers all questions and has been a real champion for my son. The office staff are great and really welcoming. If there is one challenge, I would say getting through and making appointments can be difficult, but everything else works really well. Thank you.

Dr. Seyedali is very thorough in her examination and followup questions. She is genuinely caring and I trust her with my care. My quality of life has greatly improved because of her.
