I just want to say that I felt very heard and very seen by my doctor. I definitely felt like she had an energy of curiosity and healing and genuine concern. I felt like she answered my questions very honestly but very kindly. I feel like people talk about, oh, I'm brutally honest. And honestly, it doesn't have to be wielded with brutality. I absolutely can't say enough about Puja Shrestha. She is the most amazing doctor I've ever had. I'm 54 years old. As far as your service, I would suggest, if you're asking a suggestion from me about how your service works, I would suggest with yes being one, rather than no being one. Because it starts off in a negative tone. Most companies that you give feedback to, yes, she's always one, not two. So please, just take that for what it's worth. I love Puja Shrestha. I would recommend her to anyone, everyone. I'd actually like to move in with her, for that matter. I'm just kidding. I'm not really, I'm not kidding. She's the best. Thank you.

The problem was not the doctor. The doctor was great. The problem was I had to reschedule like three times. There was always a problem and they always waited to tell me and to tell me ahead of time. The first time I had to reschedule, they told me six hours before my appointment that I could not see the doctor. It was very frustrating, especially since I need to get my wrist checked out as soon as possible. That it took me so long to actually see the doctor and now I just have to wait for my insurance to allow me to go and see an MRI scan. It's just a big waiting game and it took me two extra weeks than I needed. It was very frustrating for me.

I had a very pleasant experience beginning with check-in. I was greeted warmly and was called in right away. The nurse was friendly and attentive as she took my vitals. I did not wait long to see the doctor. My exam was thorough, and she spent a good amount of time explaining and answering my questions. After the exam, the same nurse once again explained in great detail the instructions given by the doctor for scheduling further tests. I was pleased with every aspect of this visit.

Easy to talk with provider over health concerns and very throughly went through to appointment

Dr. Shrestha listens and provides input to try to resolve my health issues. It is one step at a time, but hopefully this will all work out for me and my health.

Dr. Shrestha staff was aces, this was my first visit, didn't wait very long to be seen after checking in. From the front office to Nurse Sylvia and the doctor were all awesome, made me feel comfortable and asked if I has any questions. Dr. Shrestha was really though and answered all my questions.

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Shrestha! She is the most thorough Doctor I have had in the last 30 years I never feel rushed and has referred me to specialists when deemed necessary for further evaluation. I am so glad I had friends under her care who directed me to her to be my primary physician!

I really enjoyed visiting this office. I love that you validate for parking, but the office staff are exceptional and the doctor is exceptional. Of course, I love Lombardo the most, but he will eventually retire and I will need a different doctor and she fits the bill perfectly. I really enjoyed my visit with her and I was in a lot of pain and she really took the time to talk to me and give me a solution. So I appreciated that.

I placed a last min appointment for a tb test. The practice was very quick to accommodate me and I was able to be seen that same week. When I was there the staff was very patient and helpful with my situation. Provided me with options and worked quickly to help me make an educated decision that would work best for me. They were very welcoming, and although I did not get any names, I had a great experience with everyone I encountered. The process was quick but thorough and I felt more than satisfied with my experience there.

Dr. Puja Shrestha and her office is the best doctor I've encountered in PIH or in LA Care that I, in five years that I've had LA Care and in the PIH or Pioneer. She's the best doctor I've had and I'm the happiest with her. Unfortunately, she's not my primary. She is my internist. I'm not happy with the primary, which is Kathleen Morgan, but I am more than happy and she is magnificent, Dr. Puja Shrestha. But she has done the most and the best in my care for me with my primary hereditary lymphedema in my whole body. And she has tried to help me the most with all my ailments and conditions. I trust her above and beyond.

Everyone who assists me at Dr Shrestha's office act very thoughtfully and kindly towards me. Sofia took my vitals and she didn't rush me. She made sure I had enough time to get settled before she took my blood pressure. Since I do have congestive heart failure, the recovery time for my heart takes a little longer and she is considerate of that fact, ensuring that I get a proper BP reading. Last but not least, Dr Shrestha was very considerate and kind towards me not just reviewing my medical history with me but she also took the time to compassionately sympathize with me regarding a very stressful situation that's occuring in my private life.

OUTSTANDING SERVICE

We were disappointed that we were told upon arrival that we'd each get 2 tickets for the parking (my husband and I both had appointments) but when we left at the end of the day the remaining staff told my husband he only needed 1 ticket. It wasn't enough and we had to pay $2. Not a lot, but we were told the parking would be free.

I'd like to say that Dr. Shrestha is one of the most patient, knowledgeable, inquisitive, and she knows how to listen more than any other doctor I've ever had. I'm thrilled that I have found her. I felt genuinely cared about. I spent 2 days in a row in the ER & left with no answers & still in A LOT of pain. After my visit at PIH, the dr comforted me & my worries & gave me some sort of answers & a referral. She explained what she felt could be wrong in a very caring way. Dr.'s did not have openings the day I called, so had to schedule for the next day. This normally is not the case.
