Lombardo was good about answering health questions. He did point out a few things that may be beneficial to me. The written questionnaire I filled out while in his office had quite a few questions about mental health which is good because I am battling some depression and anxiety - and it is good that mental health is a big concern there, too.

My vaccine that was given I had very bad sinus congestion in the night, couldn't sleep for hours.

4/24/2024 Date was an amazing experience, both office staff and Doctor. The only thing is the next day, 4/25/2024 at 8.55 AM I totally spaced about getting a Doctor's Note and i spoke with a receptionist starts with a (initial removed) and she told me they couldn't provide me with a Doctor's Note. I wanted it to be sent through email so my Employer can pay me for that day, but when they said they can only fax or I have to come in. Very disappointed because by the time I'm out of work, the Doctor's office will be closed and my place of work doesn't have fax. There should be an option to send email for flexibility purposes. How is it the receipts can be sent to email but a doctor's note can not? I hope this system changes soon. To make it easier for every patient. Thank you for takin the time to read this.

The Staff and DR were very friendly and listened to me when I spoke. They made me feel at home and like I was with friends

The Los Alimitos office has a very friendly staff and Dr. Lombardo is thorough as well as nice.

Please inform both the patient and doctor the location of the appointment at the time it is made. I wasted a trip assuming the doctor was at his Lakewood office when actually he was at the Los Alamitos location.

Dr. Lombardo clearly explained the medications that I am currently taking. I appreciate him taking time to explain what the medications ? do and why I need them.

Yes, I was seen by Dr. Lombardo on the third as well. He just didn't listen to all of my concerns I had. He kept telling me to go back to my primary provider. I was explaining I needed issues with my disability. He was telling me he didn't want to hear it, to go back to the specialist, throwing his hands up in the air, saying there was nothing he can do. And there was medicine that I need refilled. He was trying to tell me what medicines that he felt that I should take and what I shouldn't take. He was just really rude all the way around.

Dr. Lombardo is the best, been patients of his for many years and hope to be for many more. Very caring and sympathetic, a model for what all Doctors should be!!

Dr. Joseph Lombardo is one of a kind. he is old school way of treating you like family is amazing. He listens, He explains things in a very simple and understandable way and always gives you a peace of mind that you are going to be okay. it feels like if I was a child again AND MY DOCTOR WAS IN MY CORNER... The staff at Los Alamitos and Dr. Lombardo has been my primary doctor for a few years now since Dr. (name removed) transferred out from Long Beach, but I've had nothing but good rapport with Dr. Lombardo and the office staff at Los Alamitos is great along with the staff at Lakewood office. To reschedule an appointment I was put in hold for 2 hours then was hung up on. I had to schedule an appointment online with a different dr than my primary dr. I don't like that you can't

Always happy to see Dr. Lombardo. The office is very efficient when it comes to their patients.

Dr. Lombardo was a bit standoffish while explaining the reasoning why I was there he was more focused on my plan to lose weight and that made me a bit uncomfortable, but i am always open with my Doctors. I only visited here because my primary doctor was unavailable it's a beautiful facility. Front office staff were amazing and Nurse (name removed) was the Best.
