Dr Abu Gosh is a very detailed oriented Dr she is very precise besides being a very caring and professional Dr. I can definitely say that she is a great Dr and a asset to PIH

I would say this was the first time I had a really positive experience. The lady who checked me in was awesome, friendly and great. I would suggest ordering labs prior to the appointment, so there doesn't have to be ANOTHER appointment. Most people do not have flexible schedules and jobs to schedule ANOTHER appointment just to go over labs.

Dr. Mina is a great physician.

I am really appreciative of them because I had written in my log calendar that the time of my appointment was 10:40 AM but actually I guess it was 10:20 AM and the doctor took me anyway, even though I was somewhat late to the appointment. I am really thankful for that.

I did have to wait for a few weeks for an appointment, but it is worth seeing my privet with PIH.

Dr. Abu Gosh answered all my questions/concerns without making me feel rushed. I wasn't sure before the appointment whether I'd need to make another appointment to address everything I needed but did not have to. She was very thorough and even ordered another lab test which the office was able to draw blood for before I left. Everyone I interacted with at the office was courteous and professional. It was a very good experience.

The office is very professional, and the doctor is very good. I feel very comfortable there, and the doctor is attentive.

Appointment 4:00, I was on time, had completed check-in online, taking in exam room at 4:15, advised nurse SCAN was picking me up at 4:30, told Dr. would be in shortly, at 4:40, Dr. hadn't come into see me and received text that SCAN pick up was 4 minutes away. I got up and walked out of office extremely upset. As long as I have used my primary service at this location, this is the 1st time I've had wait so long to be seen. I've always been seen on a timely basis that I'm "waiting" a while for my SCAN pickup. And the SCAN nurse line helped in making this appointment.

She is the only primary physician who listens to my concerns and acts on them. She has made me feel that I can believe in a doctor who truely cares. I have recommended her to my colleague and my colleague absolutely loves her as well.

Office very efficient.

I would like to say that I really like my Dr. Mina Abu Gosh. She listens to me and puts up with all my anxiety. I like that she explains things and always puts me at ease when Im worried over something. I can totally say I trust her with my medical care.

The staff is not much friendly. The assistant at this time forgot things that make me to go back to the office twice.

No one is listening at PIH. Everyone is overworked, and I understand because I am overworked myself. However-I have to ask myself what the point of having medical insurance is-if I can't get treated?

I felt very rushed. Dr was in a big hurry.

DR. ABU GOSH UNDERSTANDS MY CONCERNS AND IS VERY EMPATHETIC.

The AC in the building was not working properly. It was extremely hot in the room and very uncomfortable.

I called the front office regarding a follow-up to an urgent care appointment I had, and the person that answered the phone listened very carefully to what I had to say and my concerns and then worked on getting an appointment in an extremely timely manner. It was very much appreciated. And then that did not end there. Once I got into my appointment, the front desk greeted me. It was very pleasant. The next person that called me in was very pleasant. When I saw the doctor, she listened to everything I had to say, and that was greatly appreciated and really not common in today's day and age. The person took my blood pressure and so forth, very helpful, very friendly, and the overall experience was great.

I was treated with respect, listened to my concerns and was responded with care which made me feel comfortable.

Dr. Abu Gosh is a great doctor. She listens and provides a response to your concerns, offers alternative treatment options if you have questions or concerns. I would like to tell everyone about how good she is but I don't want to get her overwhelmed with more patients. Most importantly, I trust her with my health!

Well, I was very happy with my experience. I felt I needed to get in quickly. They got me in quickly. The doctor was above and beyond and ready to help. And just by explaining things to me, we took care of a lot of what I thought were personal issues I needed to address. I was glad I was able to get an appointment in a timely manner. Dr. Abu Gosh was very, very good. Not my primary provider, but she was still very very attentive, listened very carefully... and took care of you know, of my follow-up appointment. I just think we need more providers because it's just, it just seems like it's harder to get into see our primaries, but I was very, very satisfied with her care. Appreciate it. Thank you.

My experience there was very good. The people up front were very efficient, very quick, and very courteous as to the things that I was, the questions that I asked, they answered. And my doctor is, I love her. She is an extremely good doctor and she really listens to my problems and she tries to give me the best advice there is so that I can manage the things that are wrong. And yes, I would recommend her. I give her a 10 all the way. And I give the office a 10 for their efficiency and their quick prompt to make an appointment, set up appointments or unscheduled ones that I have and make me a new one. So everything is good. My first encounter at the office on Tuesday, May 14 was very upsetting. I was scheduled to see Dr (name removed) at 8:20am. I also confirmed my appt a day prior and was told yes, I had been a pt of Dr (name removed) many years ago (14). On the day of my appt I was told by Dr (name removed) medical asst I couldn't see her, she wasn't seeing new pt's. I informed her this appt was made since Feb & I initially wanted to see Dr (name removed). I rec a call from Dr (name removed) office that they're was a cancellation so they offered me that appt. I can offer more info & discuss this further but I need to leave for an appt. You can reach me at (PHI removed). I switched from optum care to PIH as of Jan 1st.

I liked everything but I would like them to take their time.

Dr. Abu Gosh is very thorough and took time to explain after reviewing my physical results. She let me know, what I need to improve on..

The office is hard to find. I had to wait to see the doctor for almost an hour with no explanation. The doctor was caring and seemed knowledgeable.

I'd like to say that I really like Dr. Abu Gosh and that she's very patient and very compassionate.

Dr. Abu Gosh listens to what I say and asks questions if she needs clarification. I had a lot of questions and concerns about test results this this time and she took the time to explain results to me. She is also kind and personable--great 'bedside manner.'

The reason why I put a lower rating for scheduling an appointment because I didn't schedule my appointment that day. I'm going to call in, and do so.

When I leave a message, it takes a while for the answering service to get back and I leave a message with the staff at the desk. Sometimes it takes long for them to get back with me. Like I was supposed to have a blood test because they switched from the other one to Quest. I was supposed to see the doctor yesterday and I didn't receive the blood test prescription to go see Quest until the same day. So it looks like some of the staff members are just, I'm having a problem with the staff members. Otherwise, the doctor is fine, but I think the staff members are just not updated or just not following through.

Dr. Mina Abu Gosh was very friendly and respectful, and was kind enough to take my last minute appointment for the pain I was experiencing.

Dr. Abu Gosh is always concerned with my health. She takes very good care of me.

I wish there was better reminder leading up to the appointment. For example, I had an appointment o follow up regarding labs I was supposed to have. However, I forgot the reason for this meeting since we met months before. When I was in the UCLA Health system we would have phone calls and in-app reminders about what our appointment was including getting labs done. Here I just got a reminder about the appointment but no context of what it was so when I showed up i didnt have my labs so we had to reschedule our meeting. Maybe I am just used to a different level of service but this would be a nice to have.

Upgrade your decor! Stark lighting, Drab examination rooms. Nothing to read, Bare walls. You're better than doing the minimum!

Dr Abu Gosh is a wonderfully attentive doctor. She really listens & has always been thorough when diagnosing my ailments. Although I believe because shes so good at what she does, she's gotten very busy. It took 3 months before I could get in to see her! And once I was there, I still waited 1hr in a room for her. Although she truly did her best to listen, our time ran into closing, after 5pm, so the last bit was rushed & a few things were forgotten. I guess it's the price one pays when a doctor is really good!

I was seen and she answered my ?? And she made time for me in her schedule, I was late due to transportation and she still seen me . Which I was appreciative because I was in pain , plus I got my approvals that I needed. Great !! Thank you ?

Hi, I've always had excellent experience with my doctor when I see her. She listens to me and then she'll try to answer my question. If she can't, she says she'll call me back later when she finds the answer for me. So I would have one of my friends always go to them if I needed to. Thank you. Bye.

The Doctor was very insensitive. She made me feel as if I was trying to take advantage of the medical field by requesting time to control my mental health and until my next appointment with my provider (very hard to get).I felt discriminated I wish she would've taken the time to look at my record and see that this was the first time I had ever made this type of request I didn't like she made a comment about how a PA prescribed me medication as if there not qualified to so. My visit was horrible, I walked out feeling worse.

I cannot get an appointment on a timely manner. Always four or six weeks ahead, even another physician. I had to email the doctor that I needed. I can't wait that long. And then the staff called me and asked me to come in in a week. I don't know why they always have an appointment, don't have appointments available, or is it just the appointment desk?

I appreciated having blood drawn at this facility. It was convenient and quick. Keep provinding this type of experience.

Always a long waiting at the lobby , once registered and then wait again once you are inside the Dr. room but the nurses are quick to take vitals. And they suggest to be there 15 minutes earlier than your appointment to see you an hour later than your actual scheduled appointment

Okay, what I want to say is that she talks to me today, she spoke to me first and foremost and I would recommend her to anyone, I've been very satisfied with her about her service.

Dr. Gosh was completely focused on my blood pressure. She has never even mentioned my medical history and the serious events that follow me to this day.

The receptionist was so busy on the phone that she didn't collect my copayment and when I finished with my visit there was no one at the desk to pay.... I had to leave my office early to make my appointment on time to have to wait in the room at least 35 minutes to be seen ... there is always to many appointments scheduled for the same time

The doctor is always friendly, polite and prepared. The 30+ minute wait can become tedious.

Every visit i wait over one hour and on two occasions i felt without seeing the doctor. Either they are over scheduling patients or poor office organizations.
