I am new to PIH. I was nervous starting over after about 5 years with my other Dr.s but so far am feeling ok about the change.

Jacob Ries is an excellent physician assistant. I really think has his patients best interest at heart. I recommend him all the time.

Jacob Ries Has the best personality to be a great doctor I asked him a lot of questions and gave me good answers the The staff there very courteous.

I was called in within ten minutes. The staff was very professional. Physicians assistant gave me excellent care and explained to me about the the Gil injections.

Dry pleasant staff, friendly. Clean and comfortable. Parking lot need some maintenance.

Two things, your answering system is not great. And two, he said he would put in a prescription for pain and I still have not seen that prescription.

I appreciated very much the time Jacob took to make sure I knew all of the treatment options I might have available, including updating my xrays on my knees to make sure there was no additional damage to be concerned about. He asked me about overall health which will lead to me seeking out further examination and perhaps treatment on my sciatica, since I have never been seen by a specialist to make sure that PT is the only option for me there. I felt like I would not have thought about this course of action had he not taken the time to really discuss overall health with me. I felt very well cared for.

Dr. Ries is a very friendly doctor, very considerate, very compassionate. I would recommend him to my family anytime.

It was my first time visiting a PIH office and I was very happy with the services I received. All staff members were professional, friendly, and attentive. The LVN and PA who took care of me were great!

Jacob was very polite, professional, courteous, gave full response to everything, listened to all my needs. There was an emergency somewhat of an appointment. He was more than willing to help, gave us some good advice, gave some good opinions as to what to look for, what not to look for, what the small little issues that had popped up. Sympathetic toward all and it was just an immense help for everything. Very pleased with it. I would recommend him in a heartbeat. A very good bedside manner as one might say. Thank you.

He was very efficient and was great!

As a larger woman I appreciated that they did not weigh me, and that the provider did not immediately suggest weight loss as my first treatment. (I know I'm fat and am taking steps for that) He treated my condition without being judgemental. The CNA was delightful and very cheerful.

I had no issues with anybody, any of the staff. Everybody was 100% professional, and I really appreciated everyone that I was involved with.

I've been a patient for the last seven years, and I find Dr. (name removed) an outstanding doctor, but the PA, Jacob Ries, is wonderful with his patients. At least he is with me. I love to see Jacob Ries.

Jacob Ríes,PA is professional. He took time to explain my condition. He answered my questions and my husband's question. Ríes is a great asset to PIH. I would highly recommend him to my family and friends. Front staff and nurse are very nice and professional.

I like that you can get an XRay and results in the same day.

Dr. (name removed) was on vacation and it was PA Jacob Reis. It was fast just 10 min. The wound was never clean and the nurse who doesn't smile just used Skin Closure Strips Reinforced and was done. I'm schedule to see Dr (name removed) by August. Thank you

His PA said that he didn't have any experience with seeing my wound before. So he didn't want to do it again. So he advised us to get a PA at another time on another Wednesday. And it didn't matter. It wasn't going to be him. So no history was going to be involved with any of the PAs of Dr. Lewis's. So I thought that showed incompetence. If he didn't have any history, wasn't he going to have history with me to see it a second time if it was going to be him that wanted to see me the next time? So he could build some rapport with us and build some rapport and confidence and some history with my wound, seeing us for a second time, but he didn't choose to do that. He referred us just to get an appointment with anybody, just with any PA. That is why I just scored poorly on everything that had to do with this PA.

Waiting in lobby is a little long to see the doctor.

Jacob Ries always presents himself in a professional and compassionate manner. He listens and tries to find solutions to my pain. He is patient.

The provider was patient. He was sterile. He referred me to get an MRI for further evaluation, although he didn't provide any accommodations for pain. There was no mention of enrollment into physical therapy or referral for physical therapy, nor was there any mention of any medication for pain. Other than that, the visit was okay.

Very courteous. Listened intently and gave good advice and insight.

My appointment was for 10am. I wasn't seen until nearly 11am. No one cared, acknowledged, or apologized for wasting my time. This is unprofessional, disrespectful, and unacceptable.

I'm a difficult person when it comes to Orthopedic care because I have cerebral palsy and a lot of orthos have not had a lot of experience with those of us with CP. This provider did a good job of understanding. Having a neuro-muscular disorder and seeing a regular orthopedic doctor can be hard. This was not.

Dr Reis is an excellent PA @ I trust what he says is the gospel

Only that the wait time for me to be seen was over 30 mins which was way too long but other then that the service was great

I had a broken ankle, possible foot and my toes were twisted back during a fall. I had to wait 5 days to see an OS. In the meantime, the girl in urgent care wrapped the splint incorrectly and it was SO painful when my foot n toes had to be straighten out for my cast. Was in that splint 4 days.

My experience with Dr. Rice was very informative. He explained everything to me and I felt very comfortable with him. He showed a lot of confidence and I made another appointment to see him. So thank him and the office. Thank you.

He is knowledgable and patient, articulate and respectful of me (the patient) and instilled in me as much confidence as I already have for the great Dr. (name removed). Very thorough & patient

I was impressed how Jacob explained the answers to my questions in a clear concise matter. I even asked him about a surgical procedure for the tendinitis in my left elbow. He took the time to research it on the internet and gave me Dr. (name removed) card to schedule an appointment. Since Dr. (name removed) does this procedure. I hope Jacob continues to work for PIH?

Jacob explained what the x-rays showed and the different treatments that were available to me. He also asked me what I thought of the options. He made me feel good about my treatment by listening to my concerns as well.

Jacob Ries was excellent, very informative and explained the procedure to me and was very careful to minimize my discomfort, my only wish is that in place of PA in his title it will be changed to MD, I will be first in line.?
