Everyone was very friendly. I liked that there was a small little area for my daughter to sit and play and color and it was nice that the front desk gal gave her a coloring sheet and crayons to keep her occupied while I did paperwork. I thought the doctor spent a lot of quality time and was very thorough and I would highly recommend the office and the doctor to anyone that asked me.

We love Dr. Kong. She needs a raise ASAP.

The pediatricians at the La Mirada office of bright medical are wonderful. However, it is bothersome when your child is very sick & you can almost NEVER get a same day appt. It's typically 2-3 days out. I don't like that. This dr yesterday was extremely backed up & we waited over an hour to be seen. That is the longest we've ever waited.

Dr. Kong is great! Gave us good advice that's easy to follow.

The process from beginning to end is great and this is our second child we put with Dr. Kong. She is amazing.

My kids and I love Doctor Kong. She is very sweet to my kids and continues the conversations my kids have with her. She does an amazing job. You can see that she really loves her job!

Dr Kong and her staff were very pleasant. It was our first time at this location, staff assisted us immediately. During the assessment my son became agitated and Dr Kong was very patient with him. I had a great experience with my son's very first doctors appointment!

This dr is Amazing! She was attentive, listened well, and was genuinely concerned for each detail of my son's care. She ran tests and provided antibiotics with an interest in his wellness regardless of a previous visit to Urgent Care that produced little result. My son was able to share freely and felt heard while explanation was given for each detail of the tests

It was our first time meeting Dr. Kong. We were so impressed with her soft spoken demeanor and knowledge. She explained everything so well; she had to do a little procedure on our one month old which was terrifying. But she took her time with us; we didn't feel rushed and she put us at ease. I came to see a provider to get some help for my child, I did get the help needed but I came home feeling like the worst parent for bringing her at PIH. This is the second provider that made me feel this way. I know my daughter is being seen by another provider d/t secondary insurance but can you blame the patients when we are in between insurances and the difficulty of obtaining provider appointments?

Yes, so we had taken my daughter to urgent care three times and another doctor in that office once. And when we finally got to Dr. Kong, she was the only one that I felt listened enough to understand that my daughter needed help with the breathing issue that was happening at night that was causing her to vomit. And so just disappointed that the other doctors didn't listen as well and see the need for her to have some kind of breathing support that worked immediately and helped calm down her coughing fits and to no longer vomit. So that's what I wanted to add. Thank you.

It's been over 5 years since we met her and i felt she was putting her 100% effort whenever we need help. I met so many pediatrician but she was the only dr who really care with good heart. I really like her. I am really thankful that I met this dr.

Dr Bo Kong is very nice, made my son feel comfortable and addressed all the health issues that I brought up.

I love the physicians at this office! I do wish the wait time was shorter. It's nice that there is a tv with kid shows, but waiting about 40 minutes is a lot.

Dr Kong was great, even when my son started acting out because he was cranky and tired. She's a fantastic pediatrician and we trust her implicitly.
