To be honest, Dr. Patel, his assistant, his nurses, the staff were primo. They treated me really with the utmost respect and care and kindness and love and compassion. The only problem I had was I know for a fact that Dr. Patel was in a hurry because he had other patients and I just happened to be in there for x-rays and blood tests and he actually, when he found out, he contacted the blood drawing place and had them tell me to come see him. And so it was unexpected and off guard, which I have no problem with that. I love that and I appreciate that. When he asked me about my sleep disorder and how I deal with pain and my psychological issues and stuff like that, he was in a hurry.

My first time here, but I am extremely satisfied with my experience.

Dr. Patel is awesome. (Name removed) at front desk is extremely helpful and courteous. Hard copy of blood test results requested is being sent to Downey PIH and from there to patients address which will result in unnecessary delay. It would be nice to see the Bellflower PIH office directly interact with patients.

Overall good experience

Dr Patel is an excellent caring doctor. The BEST. He makes you feel comfortable and listens very well. We need more compassionate doctors like him. Very good bedside manners. He actually cares about your health. He greets you with a handshake hello when he meets you and a friendly goodby when he leaves you. Most other doctors just walk out of the room without saying nothing when your appointment is over.

Pleasant experience with an informed doctor

I need to know exactly what medications i should still be taking! We discussed but i didn't get a copy of a list and in reviewing meds when i got home i'm not totally sure!

My visit with Dr. Patel went, it was awesome. It was remarkable. It was the best doctor's visit I've had in a long time, and I prayed for a doctor that really, really had compassion and was concerned about his patients. I left Dr. Patel's office with hope because there was one point in my life where I felt that I was hopeless. My situation was hopeless. But when I left Dr. Patel's office, he gave me hope that things would get better for me. And I just thank God for Dr. Patel. He was an awesome doctor. He took time out and he listened to me. He listened to me, and he explained things to where I understood them. And he's a very good doctor. He's a very good doctor.

Dr. Patel is one of the best doctors I've ever had and my whole family goes to him and I'm including my extended family in this Survey he leaves I will definitely switch and find a different doctor.

Hi, my name is (PHI removed). Yeah, for my first time visiting this doctor in this doctor's office, Dr. Patel and his staff, it went really nice. He was in a hurry and I understand that and I understand why. I didn't get to talk to him about everything and that was due to my choice because of the fact is I wanted to get a feel out on how the doctor was and the staff and I've been treated really badly by doctors. So, you know, I'm kind of taking it slow and easy but so far really good. Would I refer him to my family or friends? Right now, I'm still debating on that but so far if I had to say yes or I had to say no, I would say yes for right now. All righty, other than that, the staff...
