Dr. Low is one of the best orthopedic surgeons that I have seen. I've been on this road for a while and I trust my life with his hands. He's one of the most caring, wonderful doctors. He listens to you, he sits with you, he talks to you about your concerns, he explains everything, he doesn't rush you out. I would recommend him a thousand times to anyone. I think Dr. Low's office is very, very, very, very hospitality. The communication is very good. The only thing I wish that I was on a walker, I walk with a walker, that I wasn't so far to the x-rays or maybe the rooms could get closer. If you're on devices, they could just go there and then go back to your room and then walk out the same side because it's like a maze when you first walk in and it's a long walk. Thank you.

Yes, I'm comfortable with them. I'm okay, except the waiting period. It's very long. I have to wait in the room for a little bit over an hour. Like it was between 50 minutes to an hour. So I think the waiting period is too long. That's the only thing I can complain about. Thank you. Bye.

Long wait.

This was a follow up visit to my hip replacement surgery done two years ago. I trust Dr. Low with my care but it just takes a long time to be seen. I waited an hour until I went to the front desk and asked if I could have a video call with the doctor. Fortunately, Dr Low just came out from being with a patient and he quickly obliged to see me right away. I don't think he had time to read my chart, but he took a look at my xray which turned out to be fine.

I've been a patient of Dr Low's for 1 year , I have pain and mobility knee issues due to Osteoarthritis. Dr Low has explained my condition in detail in terms which I fully understood, as well as my treatment options. I decided to treat my symptoms for now with Cortisone injections directly into the joint , thankfully these injections give me pain relief and increased mobility. I would like to have knee replacement surgery when I retire in approximately 18 to 24 months , Dr Low respects my choice , not pushing the surgery option until I can retire . He's always pleasant , caring and a great listener. I look forward to my visits with him and have referred a friend to Dr Low .

Parking lot entrance and exit continues to be a nightmare. I don't love paying to park when I visit mt doctor. But if I have to, so be it. You need to fix the payment method so the exit gates are not backed up by people who can figure out how to pay. You need to have someone working the gates to help out people who don't get it.

What did you guys do well? I guess the follow-up appointment was scheduled in a timely fashion. What I didn't appreciate was the concern that the doctor had. I felt like my injury is a lot more critical than what he's making it out to be. I wish there was a little more urgency and concern on his behalf. Thanks.

Dr. Low is a great doctor, excellent bedside manner. I had to see him only because I needed paperwork filled out. And it was from a previous surgery. And although I now belong to another medical group, the only way he would see me was if I switch back or had to pay. I ended up switching back to PIH just to see him to get my paperwork filled out. But it all worked out. Thank you very much.

Yes, this is a doctor I've seen before, Dr. Low. He's a really good doctor. He listens to you and he's very courteous. And I had surgery on my elbow a while back and he did the surgery. So yes, he's a very, very well liked doctor and he knows what he's doing.

What a difference between the prior Orthopaedic and Low! With the prior doctor, I assumed he didn't like me at all!! Don't think he treats everybody the way he treated me, if that was the case he wouldn't be there anymore, because all complaints he would have! Never spent not even 5 minutes, never explained to me what was wrong with me, I always have to Google to find out and understand MRI, Xray, etc. results! I'll never recommend the prior doctor! Never! Never! and don't want to see him again!

Every one of your staff members at Whittier PIH are wonderful from the people who dumped your trash to Dr. Low who just did this final surgery, Dr. (name removed), everybody that touched me I only had trouble with one doctor and one nurse and by gosh that's a really good rating being that I've been in so many hospitals in Southern California. Went smoothly

I waited for 2 hrs before I was seen. I expected to have this provider order an MRI for my knee but all I got were X-rays and a cortisone shot which didn't alleviate the pain. I continue to have severe pain in my knee and I'm not able to ambulate. The provider told me it was arthritis but this pain feels like more than that

You are lucky to have a surgeon as great as Dr. Low. He did an excellent job on my knee replacement.

Need to train staff more on verification on insurances. Your staff stated I wasn't covered for something and spoke to the insurance company and I was. They need to do a better job on verifying coverages.

I needed an appointment in emergency ... in emergency. I was in a lot of pain and finally, I got an appointment. It took them a long time and then they canceled it and I was a lot of pain (INAUDIBLE). You need a new ... you need a bigger emergency. I went to the emergency at PIH and kept me six and a half hours. And I got out of there, I was so sick in bed and I'm in a wheelchair and six and a half hours. I got out of there and came back home and it was hard for me to get out of the house, not being able to be walking. They have to ... and I needed an emergency appointment and I never got to see the emergency doctor at the hospital. And then, they gave me

Dr Low was patient, warm, and kind. Excellent educator. When he saw I wasn't understanding he stepped out to grab a model of a shoulder. I didn't feel he was rushing me through this process. Rather he patiently walked me through images and warmly answered all my questions. He allowed my daughter to be with me and ask questions. I thoroughly appreciate Dr Low!
