PIH Health Announces Fiscal Year 2024-2025 Board of Directors
Whittier, Calif. (October 16, 2024) – PIH Health, Inc. (PIH Health), is pleased to announce its fiscal year (FY) 2024-2025 Board of Directors. The Board officers are as follows: Charlotte Weaver RN PhD, Chair; Patrick Monroe, Vice Chair; Paul Treinen, Secretary; and Alex Alvarez, Treasurer.
Along with these officers, the PIH Health Board includes 9 additional Directors: J. Richard Atwood, Thurso Barendse, Melanie Batiste, Marissa Goldberg, Peter Greaney MD, Jeffrey Hamar, William Roth, Tracea Saraliev, and Kenton Woods. The Board, which consists of medical, business, and community leaders, meet regularly to govern and oversee PIH Health’s strategic direction.

At its Annual Meeting on Friday, September 27, 2024, the PIH Health Board of Directors also announced that Jay Brown, Blayne Cutler MD PhD, and Jane Dicus will step down from the PIH Health Board of Directors. They thanked them for their contributions. Mr. Brown has served on the PIH Health Board since 2023, Dr. Cutler has been a Board member for nearly 7 years, and Mrs. Dicus has been a member of the Board for 17 years.
“Mr. Brown, Dr. Cutler, and Mrs. Dicus have volunteered their time to PIH Health and have given selflessly to strengthen the enterprise and communities we serve,” said West. “I would like to thank them for all their contributions and wish them good health and happiness in the future.”
